Used them to move about 15 miles. Very expensive. No boxes; furniture only. Very nice and smiling the entire time they’re pulling my damaged furniture off the truck. I did not file a claim because truly believe it would not have been resolved to my satisfaction and I would not have trusted anyone they recommended for repair. No a good experience at all.

Austin and the whole Suddath team are awesome! Did a phenomenal job helping us relocate our business from a 45,000 sqft shop to a new 145,000 sqft facility.
Always punctual and packed and moved quickly and efficiently during every phase of the relocation. Provided multiple levels of service, from packing and relocating industrial equipment and supplies, to moving large shipping containers and tractor trailers. Worked on weekends to limit interruptions to our business and set-up right where we needed to hit the ground running every Monday.
Communication was excellent and service was unmatched! Highly recommend Suddath for all your relocation needs!

We recently used Suddath to move our workstations from a temporary location to our new location. Communication through the entire process was stellar, Austin went above and beyond for us. The crew was professional, fast, and did exactly what we wanted. Pricing was competitive with other vendors and was updated along the way with many changes on our end. We will definitely look to Suddath for our next move!

Overall, I'm incredibly pleased with my move! The movers were hardworking and efficient in packing/loading my household goods and delivering them. I did have a few damages to my household goods and property damages, but Suddath has been so helpful in taking care of it!

The entire moving experience was flawless and impressive! We had just done a move from CA to NC a year and a half ago and it was a disaster. THIS company is WONDERFUL! Kathie was the consultant and Theresa was our coordinator, and Shayne was driver. Every single contact was professional, courteous, and enjoyable. It pays to go with a bit more expensive company who knows what they are doing! We did not have even ONE damaged or missing item! We moved from NC to Carmel, IN and they took care of our goods as if it were their own. HIGHLY recommended!!!!!

Communication is TERRIBLE! Had to cancel my move since we were told our dates were not available. Then realized, they did have the dates available but gave the move to another person that wanted those dates. Keep it in mind we gave PLENTY of notice. Leanne Regan was our coordinator and did not help at all. She said our dates at the beginning were perfect then kept changing the dates on us before finally telling us that our dates were all declined and proceeded to give us a date extremely out of our time frame. She had the audacity to tell us we’d probably have to move ourself. Completely unprofessional and I cannot believe they are still in business!

Kathie Douglas was so awesome helping me determine all the details about my move by Suddath!! She was very professional and responded quickly to my questions and concerns. I felt so comfortable with her. She treated me like I was her best friend. I am forever grateful to her for being so very good to me! She's the best!!

We had 1-star and 5-star experiences so I'm giving 3 stars overall. We worked with 3 crews, 2 of which had issues with wearing masks. During our pack-up process, Andy (lead) told me he and his crew members don't wear masks when moving boxes to the truck. I asked them to wear a mask the entire time. He agreed but made it clear he wasn't happy about it. I mentioned his attitude to my corporate contact, Kristy, when I asked her about Suddath's PPE policy. Andy's crew was supposed to come back the next day to load our belongings onto the truck, but one of them was exposed to COVID so the entire crew was put on quarantine. Kristy scrambled and scheduled Bill to come the following day. Bill's team did such a fantastic job that I requested them when I scheduled our belongings to be brought to our new home. I requested Bill one month prior to our move-in via Kristy, who left Suddath and didn't pass along my request to her replacement, Elaine. On the day of our move-in, we got another crew that didn't follow the mask policy. However, in this case, crew member L was so rude and belligerent when I asked him to wear one that I was uncomfortable having them in my house. The crew lead, Robert, told me he would make L wear his mask, but L continued to say he wouldn't wear it to both Robert and me. I called Elaine to request a new crew and described L's hostile behavior and refusal to wear a mask. She escalated me to her manager, Blythe. They contacted the Operations Director who scheduled Bill (who I originally requested) to come the next day. Bill/Adrian/Drew came and did a fantastic and efficient job, wore masks the entire time, and were polite and professional. Elaine and Blythe were professional and responsive in all my interactions with them. Beatrice in Claims was professional and responsive in resolving our damaged and missing items.

This was my first time with a moving company, we relocated two of our offices. Philip De Noto was the commercial executive sales representative that worked with me. He was outstanding and extremely helpful. I never had the need to call him, he was always following up with me. He went above and beyond for me. Philip not only gave me a proposal, but also a great customer service. He also sent me a super crew, Tim and Andy. Always ask for them. They did an excellent job, they care not only about the job, they care about the client 100%. Tim and his crew are the best. If you are in the process of moving and need it done right I do highly recommend Suddath to move you.... and don't forget always ask form Tim and his crew.

I observed 2 of there trucks unloading at an office building in Concord and noticed that they were occupying 2 handicapped parking spaces. Not acceptable
