My grandpa had a heart attack and I needed somewhere to stay. They were extremely helpful with my situation and very considerate. Only stayed for one night and enjoyed the stay completely. Very quiet neighborhood close to supermarkets and restaurants, even the hospital! The agents at check in were friendly, polite, and patient. The room was very clean and slightly spacious for a studio. Only poor comment is the insufficient pillows and the TV worked for about 1 hour. Overall great stay.

Only one complaint at this time.Couldn't get my range top to work, when I called about it from work was told to call, witch I did, once I got back. No one answered so still don't know how to get the range to work.I did use the room phone to call the front desk, there was no answer or even a dial tone.I believe the staff go home around 5 or 6, not sure, will try again in the morning to get some resolution at 8, I have to leave no later than 8:30 to get to work on time.

Hopefully this is the only review I'll ever be compelled to write. The idea of someone getting rest here is laughable. The establishment doesn't deserve a fraction of a star.What's wrong? Predominately bugs. I stepped on a roach so big it audibly squeaked. The room has got that funk aesthetic that comes with decades of unchecked depravity going down here. Wanna lay down? Tape your mouth closed and wear a poncho.Charlotte is such a nice city that the dirty, uninhabitable places have to exist. Guess what? You found it! Now get out of here because this place hands out disease like participation awards. In a Petri dish.

Highly recommend, location is great, quiet area yet close enough to stores. Rooms are always clean n service has been very good, always pleasant. Office attendants have always been very professional n welcoming!

I highly recommend hotel to whoever considering it . Great location and the hotel suprised definitely surpassed my expectations. Very clean and quiet every one stay to they self and the hotel provides great service . They provide great service I highly recommend.Rooms: Very clean and the room comes with clean new dishesNearby activities: Food is near by and Carolina place mall not far . Great location.

Horrific. Worst area, got pulled leaving hotel by Pinevilles finest and canine searched bc of a tag cover. Won't returnThe rooms were overpriced. Ac didn't work. Housekeeping didn't speak English, and literally counted the towels down to the wash clothes. They charge for EVERYTHING. Not even a complimentary cup of coffee. Like seriously. The guy at the front wanted to be funny and make a snide comment about how I didn't look like my license. The foto is 10 years old...The beds were extremely uncomfortable.People stood outside their rooms and would just gawk.The surrounding property was filled w trash. Just yuck.Noteworthy details: None

Very quiet and comfortable hotel. Barely any noise from other guests nor from traffic outside. I appreciate the elevator since we had a second-floor room and heavy luggage. Also nice that they have a basic kitchenette with a stovetop, dishes and utensils.Make sure you’re aware they charge a $100 security deposit. I don’t blame them for having a deposit, but they always stress me out because I worry I’ll be charged for preexisting damage and it’s another thing to remember to check my bank account to make sure I get it back. But I did get it back 2 days after our stay so it’s not a big deal.I would definitely recommend this hotel! It was a great place to stop for a multi-day roadtrip along I-77. And the price is only a little more than other places like Days Inn, which from my experience is noisier and dirtier than Suburban.

Basically took my money and points. They hide in the fine print a 100 dollar deposit. So read carefully before you make a reservation, cause now I'm sleeping in my car with my kids. Plus the guy didn't seem to care at all even tho customer service said he had the option to cancel my reservation.

Clean room but a bit overpriced for what's offered. You can slap some lipstick on a pig... but Let's call it what it is: my ex-wife of hotels. Service is MEH.. do enough to get by, but no smile & the room smells funny after your done. The 100$ deposit is pretty steep to pay for something that might've given you crabs.

Despite a lot of the bad reviews, this place is not that bad. It was very clean, it was quiet and close to everything. The bed was small but next time we'd just upgrade to a room with queen beds instead of double. The double was more like a twin xl lol all in all I would stay there again.

I’m an elite choice hotel privileges customer for 10years. This hotel is in desperate need of help. 1- my membership entitles me to early check in for free- (the charged $40)2- the denied me handicap access and told me to take the room they are giving or be banned from property without refund.3- the check in little girl kept trying to argue with me and refused to listen while continuously cutting me off.4- the toilet was stopped up and we alerted them and they did nothing to fix it.5- the shower broke the refused to do anything6- the refused to return a deposit because of dirty towels. I told them to give me the dirty towels I’m paying for and they called the police to try and have me banned. (The were unsuccessful in have us trespassed or banned)7- they lied about the room I booked and then canceled our reservation early to make us leave early.Im not sure why they are running a inexpensive hotel but forcing a number of deposit and fees to not return so that it’s better and cheaper to stay somewhere else. The average overall cost made it a $150 a night hotel with 20$ a night services and expectations. I can’t believe they consider towels destroyed but do not trow them away or give they to the customer that paid for them.I promise that the money you hope to save is no where near what it will actually cost. Don’t let the location fool you. This hotel seems more likely to reserve rooms for a half night and offer a discount if you turn your linens in before midnight.

If you need a long term place to say that is decently priced than this is your temporary home! I wish they had full kitchens with an oven, but they do provide stove top burners and pots/plates/utensils/bowls and a mini fridge with a separate freezer; that's nice! Their suites are decent, but no pull out couch just chairs. If you pay weekly housekeeping is consistent. Seems to be much safer than it was years ago. Family oriented and a genuine staff with excellent customer service! Clean rooms but a little outdated. Overall Great Extended Stay!
