We bought a used car from them, after 1.5 months it being in the shop we found out that the transmission had to be replaced ( we saw the signs of this leaving the dealership the day we bought it.
Patrick was unprofessional and spoke to me as if I was a child.
The entire experience with them was horrendous. If I could save someone a lot of money and time, I would suggest to not go here.

Great experience! This is the second car I’ve purchased from Subaru South Charlotte and it was an enjoyable process. Keith (salesman) was attentive, helping throughout the process and answering all questions. They were upfront and honest with more than reasonable pricing and great options to choose from. If you’re in the market for a car, new, used, trade-in, Subaru South Charlotte is where you need to go.

My wife and I had a great experience with Michael Bengtson at Subaru South Charlotte. It was time for a new vehicle and we went with the Outback Wilderness. Michael answered all of our questions and walked us through the whole process. There was never any pressure.
Would highly recommend shopping here for your next car.

Don't trust anything they say. Especially when they are selling you the car. Just assume anything they say is not accurate and you will be OK. Especially the things they DON'T tell you. That is the stuff you don't want to find out later you were sold something that is absolutely worthless.

Most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I purchase a used Nissan from Jonah Johnson, who was great to work with and I would definetly recommend him and this dealership. We worked out the numbers before I made the drive from an hour away. After a test drive, I signed the paperwork and was in and out in just over an hour. They delivered the car to my driveway a couple of days later. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. Thanks for a great car buying experience!

I visited 4 local Subaru dealerships. Subaru South Charlotte in Pineville was my last stop. First, Jay was able to find comparable vehicles and work up a quote for us prior to making the drive. This was helpful considering the long haul. Jay was amazing and helpful. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jonah, who was expecting me and Jay drove the car up front. Jonah answered all my questions and when he didn’t have the answer he found out quickly. We test drove the car and went in to talk financing/price. This was a laidback, no pressure process. Even when the Sales Manager Rob came over, it was to thank me for coming in and to let me know they were working on price and would come in under the quote. Fauzi made the “sign and drive” portion of the experience lighthearted and easy—He was very thorough and explained every signature. Jonah made sure the car was clean, detailed, and ready for me to drive off the lot. The facilities we very clean and welcoming. This is a great dealership and what a car buying experience should be like.

Recently purchased a used Toyota Corolla. Judy Holley was fantastic to work with. So friendly and no pressure, just great customer service. I would recommend visiting South Charlotte Subaru and asking for Judy if you’re shopping for a New Subaru or nice used vehicle. Also kudos to Victoria Smith who (I believe) was the Internet Specialist that helped me with the pre dealership experience. Thanks ladies. The Finance Specialist was great to work with too.

John was our salesman, we were his second sale (he had just started the week prior), and he was awesome!! I've had 6 or 7 leases, and the whole process at this location was BY FAR the easiest one I've ever had. I didn't spend hours at the dealership, and I wasn't given a crazy high payment the first time the finance manager came out (who was AWESOME as well!!). Y'all, stop sleeping on Subaru and go get one from John!!!

Great experience at the branch over the weekend (March 2024). We worked with Sebastian from Columbia. Excellent service, polite, attentive and helped looked after our kids and our dogs while we considered our options. Would thoroughly recommend the branch and working with Sebastian

I went for a maintenance and told cabin air filter was dirty so I replaced it and charged $67.45. Obviously my husband put a new one less than 3 months ago and it should not be a time to replace yet. They also changed air filter for $58.95. I think I was ripped off because I was a woman and no knowledge about car.

Terrible sales experience with a sales manager who taunted me via text when I purchased from another dealership. I purchased 2 vehicles and serviced them here but never again. I hope the dealership owner or Subaru headquarters will contact me for details. My salesperson, Leah, was wonderful.

The staff here is fantastic. I always have a good experience with the service I receive. Today I just stop by for a regular inspection and the service I received from Aaron in the service department was fantastic. He got my vehicle serviced quickly, was very professional, and addressed everything I needed. Thank you for hiring such good people. I will be back.
