Rob at Williams Subaru is outstanding to work with as are the technicians. Working with Rob gives me so much peace of mind. It's nerve-racking when there is an issue and you have to turn your car over for repairs, but Rob makes you feel like family and really takes care of you!

The parts department people a rude and short with customers. Either they expect you to know what THEIR parts are called or they don't understand when you try to explain things to them. They don't give you information on the parts you order if they are on back ordered and you need to call a number of times to get updates. Would not recommend.

I have not purchased many cars in my life, and this was my first Subaru, but I must assume that my experience at Williams was top notch. I bought my BRZ completely online and the process and communication could not have been easier.However, this paled in comparison to the experience once I arrived to take delivery,. I coordinated with the sales team to plan a trip to Charlotte (I live in Raleigh) and they were very easy to work with.There was still a fair amount of trying to upsell me various admins, but probably less than there would be elsewhere. The followups after the purchase were also must appreciated, especially considering this was all done remotely as I live three hours away. Thank you all! This was a great experience!

I went to Williams Subaru with my daughter to get her car serviced. While there, I came into contact with two amazing people. LT Thompson and Jonathan Macias. Jonathan quickly came to the car and greeted us. He opened and held the door s for us (goin inside and coming back out). Jonathan took the time to go over the details of the findings. My daughter and I felt informed and knowledgeable about next steps. He explained brake pad life left, tire depths, fluids, filters, and such. As he said, I wish all of the Subaru systems linked up so they could see services from other Subaru services areas. Thanks Jonathan and the mechanic who provided the service.! Mr. Thompson actually placed me at ease. Hard thing to do at a dealership. If and when I am in the market for a vehicle, I know the people I recommend and would come to. Awesome time at Williams Subaru today.

We wanted a specific color scheme and options on a new Outback. We were having a hard time finding it. We contacted Williams Subaru and they found the exact car we were looking for. Aimee Clark guided us through the purchase and worked with us on using the bells and whistles. Thank you so much Aimee and Williams for finding our vehicle. We drove 100 miles to get to this dealership and it was well worth it.

I cannot recommend Aimee Clark enough! After my Subaru was totaled in a car accident, she was so incredibly empathic and helpful during my search for a replacement Subaru. She is so sweet, knowledgeable and has a great sense a humor. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and really embodies Subaru's culture. She's the best & will go above and beyond to take care of you!

I called several days in a row to get my car fixed and no one ever called me back. I bought the vehicle from this dealership, so I thought they would help me get it fixed. I bought it two years ago & got all of my oil changes done there. No one there could help me. I got very poor customer service. I will not be returning.

Updating my review, not as a slight on Williams Subaru, but as a general warning again buying a new Subaru. I bought my outback new in 2020 and have been having problems with the entertainment console since day one. There are a lot of bugs, the most concerning of which is that the screen will periodically (pretty much every other drive) go completely black and things like my radio, AC, lane keeping assistance, collision avoidance, backup camera, etc, will not work. Every time I bring it in, I am told of a new software update that is supposed to fix everything. Every time, the issues are back the same day. If you're going to spend $40k on a car, get a RAV4

This was a very smooth purchasing experience at Williams Subaru. I had purchased my previous Subarus at another local dealer, but didn't like the very aggressive approach of the new turnover of sales reps nor the lack of communication. So, I went to Williams to test drive one of the only available Outback Onyx trim levels in the area. Kaetlyn was very easy-going yet professional and let me test drive several different models and trim levels, including a Wilderness when it came in.I ordered my outback in December, and it was delivered as promised three months later (covid supply chain) . Going into the dealership was painless:there was no bullshit or mark ups. The finance department beat the rate I had already secured elsewhere, and they were not pushy with the add-ons, although presented them to me. Hannah was very approachable for after-purchase Q&A and took on the admin responsibility of notifying me when my tag and registration came in.This dealership had what I would expect as a "Subie.Vibe." I would recommend them, and I will purchase my next vehicle here when the time comes! Note: this is my 5th Subaru over the past 20 years, so I have some Subie purchasing experience
