Rude, and rough , would push my head to the side. Barely spoke English . Would not recommend ! Had highlights and came out looking the same . Barely showed any highlights kept telling me that when I wash my hair , highlights will be brighter and will show.

Very poor customer experience. The hairdresser was so rude. She literally yelled at me if my head bent a little more or less than she needed it. Hire pleasant people to cut people's hair, customers come for a relaxing pleasant experience not to be yelled at. Despite the poor experience I still left a very decent tip but I have to admit how disappointed and upset I am!Service: Hairstyling

I had an appointment at 1:00 pm today for a blow out , such a terrible customer service ! Didn’t wash my hair properly , while blow drying she started pulling my hair, starching my face and neck ! Wouldn’t recommend anyone at least trying this salon.Service: Blowdry

Tamila has been my hairdresser since 2017. I am very pleased with everything she does with my hair. Most importantly the recent hair cut that I get compliments on it all the time. LeAnne was my stylist, she was very professional and kind. Such a light to my day. My hair was skin faded in a way she doesn’t do often and it was incredible, also going from brown to blonde she made my hair perfectly the right color. This review is for LeAnne. As mentioned on her Facebook page, I texted her on Whatsapp to get an appointment 3 weeks ago for Aug 12 at 1 pm and mentioned that I had a groupon. She said yes and asked about my hair length, and she would charge $10 extra, I said ok. Yesterday, I told her that I couldnt make it on 12th for some reason, she said she never put me on Aug 12th on the first place, she put me down for Aug 5th, I said ok I could come on aug 5th, I went there at 12:50 (appt at 1). She was sitting and scrolling on her phone with color in her hair , she said she cant cut my hair because she made a human error and never put me down for Aug 5th she had a regular client coming at 1 (non-Groupon) for cut and color and she would cut my hair in between her regular client. I was talking to her and she walked away, that was utter unprofessional!!! so rude! if you dont want to take groupon then why are you posting it??? Apparently, she is a great stylist for regular customers and not for Grouponers!! I had very very bad experience, she told me she had 4 jobs and what not! Dont mention that to your customer, guess what I have job too! I understand she made a human error but how many times!???? she never put me down for a haircut once she got to know that I had a groupon! it was a headache making an appointment with her, following up with her 3-4 times then she replies! I wish I could give her negative star! She could have texted me about cancellation, instead she was chilling, coloring her hair and scrolling on the phone!

LeAnne is so amazingly detailed. This quality really stood out to me as I watched her cut my hair. I have never seen someone cut my hair the way she did, but she explained what the different ways to cut does for my hair and showed me the difference! I LOVE my new haircut. I just moved to the area and had to find someone new to cut and color my hair. I was afraid it was going to take a few bad haircuts before I hit the jackpot, but I hit the jackpot with LeAnne - the first person I visited thanks to Groupon! My hair is naturally curly and she cut my hair to benefit my curls, but it also looks great straightened.Services: Hair colouring

My wife came in for hair and makeup, the hair do was fine. The make up it was a complete joke. They made us bring our own make up, didn’t even have a eyelash curler, nothing, I had to go out and buy eyelashes and make up was horrible. 2 minutes out of the salon the eyelashes started to unglue and there was a huge gap between the fake lashes and her own. The lady didn’t know anything about make seemed like. My wife had to give her instructions about everything. A complete waste of time. She had to come home and fix all the mistakes and were late to our event. It would have been better if the were honest and just say they don’t do make ups and just hair.
