Seeing Laura at Studio 1-ON-1 twice a week has changed my life! Sometimes I work in 3 visits but 2 does the trick! I have noticed how much stronger I am. My golf game has improved and I felt incredible on my ski trip this winter. More importantly, I've been able to keep my weight off. My metabolism has completely changed by incorporating strength training into my routine. I used to just do cardio - ding dong! Why did I not start this sooner! I truly can eat more or have a cheat meal and not worry about gaining 5 lbs! It's so refreshing. Laura is so good and knows each person's body and what he/she needs. And I love the diet and food suggestions thrown in! 30 minutes goes by in a flash and I feel awesome after each session! Thank you Laura for crushing me (in a good way)!!

Laura is so great! I started with her when I wanted to get in shape for my wedding day almost 2 years ago. Laura helped me feel so strong, healthy, and confident for my big day :). I also loved that I could go work out at her gym without having to worry about lifting weights in front of a bunch of strangers - the private setting is so nice. It’s now almost 2 years later and I still love working out with Laura 2x a week. She’s helping me train for my first half marathon with my now husband in December! 10/10 recommend Laura!

Laura is an amazing trainer and I have seen tremendous progress in my physical fitness since I started working with her. She's also incredibly kind, warm, caring, and really goes above and beyond for her clients, including baking homemade healthy treats on all holidays, yum! She takes the time to understand your goals and really customizes your workouts to help you get there, supporting you and cheering you on every step of the way. I am a yogi and was looking to incorporate more strength training into my fitness routine and it has been amazing to see the progress not just in my workouts with Laura, but how I have improved in all of my other physical activities. She is the best!!

Laura is amazing trainer and a better human. She cares tremendously for clients and creates workouts and nutrition plans that right for the individual. It's not just cookie cutter stuff. I've only been working with Laura for a couple of months, but her methods are having a great impact on my life. I started training with Laura 5 short months ago, and I'm truly amazed with the results. Increased energy, better sleep, improved focus, less stress, and dare I say, the best shape I've been in for 20 years. Laura personalizes each session to meet the needs of how I'm feeling on any particular day. Every workout is different, which means I'm constantly challenged and never bored. Laura pushes me to my limits, while being mindful of any pre-existing injuries or concerns. I leave each session sweating and smiling, with an absolute sense of accomplishment. The hybrid program with Laura is the best fitness tool I've ever used. I recommend this for the active individual that has a fitness base, but struggles with accountability and motivation. This program got me to the gym every day (or even my basement gym) with a program in place and no excuses to skip. Results came within 2 weeks and I feel so much more confident. This is truly customized and makes me feel confident again. THanks Laura

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this Studio yet! I've been going to 1-on-1 Fitness Studio for a number of years. I've been trained by several of the trainers and have had incredible workouts with each. Laura has been my primary trainer. Her experience and knowledge as a trainer is exceptional. She has strengthened my core, helped me through a knee surgery, and is instrumental in my weight loss journey of -60 lbs and still going. She keeps each session challenging and fun. If you want a personal, "1on 1" experience, go see the folks at Studio 1-on1!

I began with Laura in August 2017 and it has been a wonderful and productive relationship! I've always been hesitant to work with a personal trainer (but thought about it for years!), and I was so relieved and thrilled that my first experience with a personal trainer has been with Laura. She is exceptional knowledgeable, engaging, thoughtful about her instruction and guidance, and very creative to keep sessions interesting and motivating. Results were almost immediate (albeit 4-6 weeks in, ha!) and I have successfully maintained my goals and progress with her all this time. If you have any doubt or ambivalence about getting started with a personal trainer, I assure you that you will be in EXCELLENT and CARING hands with Laura at Studio 1-ON-1.
