Had to bring truck back in on 09/03/2024 to find out why it was doing exact same thing as it was when I brought it in on 08/24-2024. As I understand, GMC issued a bulletin to replace valve cover, clean intake and perform an induction service. Why this was not found/determined on 08/26.2024 when brought in the first time, I don't understand. Ended up paying about $500.00 the visit to tighten spark plugs and clean oil from cables. Second visit cost me another $950.00. I was not given any insurance that this second visit will actually correct my problem

Absolutely DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION, terrible service they are willing to sell you a used vehicle with many problems, trust me I know because I’ve kept having to bring my vehicle every month because of the same issue with my engine, I’m on the verge of giving up all together and don’t get me started on there repair services whole joke itself right there.

I worked with a salesman named Pierre. He was extremely attentive, responded to everything very promptly, and tracked down answers to all my millions of questions. He was patient and not pushy at all. Up front and honest. I went with an entirely different truck (not Chevy) so I didn’t buy from him but if I buy a Chevy it will be from Pierre.

Hugens is the best. He's always super friendly, and provides great honest advice regarding my service, whether or not something is urgent or if it's something I can hold off on, as well as how to space out recommended services over time to be more budget friendly. I truly appreciate having him as my advisor whenever I come in.

I had an incredible experience with South Charlotte Chevrolet, very good service and the salesman Mr. Louis attended to me in a very kind and polite way, he gave me full support and clarity so that I could acquire the vehicle that my wife and I always wanted to have. I recommend you go to this store, it's the best.

My first time experience with this location was absolutely horrible. To having my serpentine belt being changed when it was needed. To have my sales advisor tell me that they are trying to “chance the sound” that I initially came in for. And for it to not even be the belt and was changed because I was told it was the belt. I sat at that dealership from 630 am to 345pm. I was told I could not be taken home because you only go up to 30 miles. I live 29 miles away. To scheduling appointment on 8/16 at 230pm to come and be told my vehicle could not be seen because it was too late in the day and it had to go to main shop. BASED off the reason I put on website online. This is absolutely ridiculous to have gone through this. I was advised that south blvd Chevy was the absolute best. But to be treated in this manner has completely unappealing.

I recently had a very frustrating experience at South Charlotte Chevrolet, and I feel it's important to share it.
I dropped off my car on Friday at 1:40 PM, hoping for a smooth process. Unfortunately, that was far from what I received. I was given minimal information about what to expect, only being told that they would call me around 6 PM with an update. By 6:30 PM, I still hadn’t received a call, so I tried reaching out multiple times to the service advisor, but none of my calls were answered.
I ended up having to call the front desk of the dealership to get connected to the service department. When I finally spoke to someone there, I was told that nobody had even looked at my car yet and that I should call back the next day. At no point was I informed that my car might need to stay over the weekend, which would have been crucial information for planning purposes.
The next morning, I once again called several times with no answer. After waiting for a callback that never came, I had to go through the front desk again to be transferred to the service department. I was then told that no one had been assigned to service my car yet, but that they would get an advisor on it and call me back.
Two hours later, I received a call—not with an update on my car—but to complete a survey about my experience. I was asked how the service was, and I responded, “What service? My car is still there, and I haven’t received any information on its status. Customer service and service have been horrible.” The response I got was simply, “Okay.”
Following that, I finally received a call from a service advisor at 04:30 pm, who informed me that my car would be staying at the dealership all weekend because that’s what usually happens when you drop off a car on a Friday. This was the first time I had heard anything about that. I asked if the dealership would cover Uber rides or provide a rental, but she told me it wasn’t possible since they didn’t have a diagnostic on the car. She then offered that I could pick up the car if I wanted to. She told me they wouldn’t have anything available on Monday to look at it at another location.
Overall, the entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. The lack of communication, the unprofessionalism in handling my car, and the poor customer service left me regretting my choice to bring my car to South Charlotte Chevrolet. I would strongly advise others to consider these factors before choosing this dealership for their service needs.

Service writer, Francesca, was excellent! Professional and polite. Sought me out and advised me that she had checked on the vehicle and the process was taking longer than expected. Lounge is clean and comfortable with fresh fruit, coffee, etc available.
