I took my 2018 Chevy Treverse in because my engine light popped on the diagnosis on my my chevy app showed emissions issues. They told me it was some fuel valve something need to be replaced. I authorized the repair and picked up my vehicle. I noticed it seemed idled high and the auto stop seemed not be working properly and it sounded like a diesel truck loud and rattling, it had only been two days out of the shop. I called and told them that they messed my car up, the young lady that answered in the service department could careless about my issue, refused to let me speak with the service manager and insisted that I had to mak another appointment. Which was almost almost a week out. I had a perfectly fine vehicle before it went into this place for service I thought it would be ok since I had done other repairs at this location before, but I truly regret taking my car here. I am taking it in for them to fix it properly but, I am not happy about it because they may screw it up even more...

I had to take my car in for a problem with the tire pressure sensors. Cheryl in the service department was great in getting me a ride home and back and they corrected the issue. A special shout out to Jimmy in service who was able to locate a wheel key which has been missing since we bought the car. He was so nice to search in all of their parts and it saved us $300.00!!!!Employees like that make repeat customers.

There's a seller named Luis Martinez who was very helpful and Collective who got me this pre-owned Chevrolet Cruze with a very good deal. I would heavily recommend the seller if you're looking for a car or truck.

Terrible customer service. Very rude. Frank from finance can not be trusted. Couldn't be bothered explaining my situation but my advice is to go elsewhere. Went to hiline auto haus and the customer service there was brilliant, better deal and helpful people. Such a massive contrast.

Honestly so disappointed I didn't read ALL the negative reviews prior to leasing from here. We've leased for years and always has great experiences until we came here. We've had nothing but issues with our brand new lease and every time we call we get nothing but attitude from staff as though we are a bother. The doors on our lease literally don't shut and we were told to bring it in the next day. The radio and GPS system don't work. It's a brand new vehicle and these issues are ridiculous. The lack of support is mind blowing.

My car is in for service for several days. I guess they feel like they can drive your car while it's there!! I'm furious that someone has been driving my car!! Reporting to GM and after this I'll never step foot there again!!

You should AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. charges $1.5 grand mark up ON ALL vehicles that's a "protection package" that apparently is non negotiable which is basically "nitrogen, a tint and protection package" please kindly avoid this dealership at all costs. I attempted to order a Chevy Bolt EUV and the sales person said it's included on all vehicles and won't remove it. The sales people were Joshua Vargas and Louis Martinez.

I made an appointment at their location at 10:30am for a spare key and program a remote control for a truck. They didn't communicate well enough with me how long the wait will be and I waited for 5 hours in the lobby. For just a spare key and remote control that doesn't take long to program. They don't have good customer service in the parts department and aren't very friendly arriving either. Other customers waiting with me in the lobby were also expressing the same way as I was. I made an appointment the idea that my truck will be taken care at the time I bring my truck for service despite if I'm leaving the dealership and coming back later I MADE AN APPOINTMENT for that reason. So it can be done earlier in the day if was brought in at 10:30 am.

My Husband purchased a Jeep from this dealership and over TWO MONTHS later we still do not have tags for the vehicle! He called when the first temporary tag was days away from expiring and was told by the receptionist "well just don't get pulled over" when he informed her that he couldn't drive the vehicle with an expired tag. After several calls on our end they finally sent a tag a week after the first tag expired. Now the second temporary tag is two days away from its expiration and we still do not have tags. After several phone calls to the DMV, our bank, and the dealership, we were informed that South Charlotte Chevrolet does not, nor have they ever, had the title to our vehicle. They can't even figure out which of the two banks the previous owner used for financing has the title! The communication and organization within this business is non existent. No one ever contacted us to explain the situation. My Husband was the one constantly calling them only to receive the run around and never get a straight answer from anyone. Please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Your experience here will be full of headaches, lies, and unprofessional and unethical business practices!

I've owned my Impala for 3 years and my brakes have always given me trouble. I took the car in and Cory worked on them and they've never felt better and safer. I don't know what he did but my daughter and I are extremely happy with how the car feels. Highly recommended!
