Dr Clark was awesome and explained everything as she went along. I felt that she gave our cat excellent care and attention without rushing the visit. She always had great personal follow-ups as well. Unfortunately we recently had to put our 19 year old cat down, and they were so helpful, understanding, and compassionate there; it made a traumatic and extremely sad experience bearable.

Dr. Schuver is amazing! She seems to love my senior pup almost as much as me and treats her as such. Keeps her mobile and enjoying life with electro-acupuncture.
Also, she’s just a very sweet person. Highly recommend!

Our first experience there and sadly it was putting our sweet pup to sleep and the staff was so thoughtful and supportive for us during an extremely difficult time. They talked us through the whole process making our dog and us as comfortable as possible. The hand written note a week later from the Vet in the mail was very thoughtful and meant a lot
We will be bringing our other pets there in the future.
Thank you for giving Dexter the dignity and love he deserved the last part of his life.

Top notch service. I brought my cat Dash here two years ago because he.hadn't peed in a couple days. Doctor Amy Schumer saw him. She quickly surmised Dash had a primary tract infection. It took them about 90 minutes to take care of him. They contacted me at home when he was ready.
After I arrived they recommended he stay over at a nearby animal hospital. I took him there and he received excellent care and I received texts on his privy throughout the night and during his entire time there.
Today he had a shot update for distemper. I was given great advice on his care.
Highly recommended.

My Ellie is a brand new patient and I’m already loving this vet! We had a new patient appointment scheduled in a month, however, Ellie had a little emergency today and they took her in as soon as they could. Our first and unexpected visit and I already highly recommend them! They were all so kind and welcoming. They are very affordable too!! I cannot thank them enough!!!

Great experience with the front seat and Dr Erin B. while we were on a roadtrip through town and needed to stop for an emergency. Fees were reasonable.

A wonderful experience here. My dog coco was a bit scared as she usually is when going to the vet. She wouldn’t even get out of the car! One of the staff members came out and helped me get her out which I thought was exceptional service. One inside the techs were most helpful and informative. Once the doctor came in and diagnosed her we were able to get a plan in place for her care. She gave me several options that were cost effective. I will definitely return for all my pets needs. Thank you so much team you were amazing!

Dr. Clarke was very sweet to our shy little German Shepherd, Ace! The vet tech was also very sweet in giving ear swabs to determine whether or not he had an ear infection. Also, not as expensive as most vets in the area. All around great care from the staff :)

I’ve got a 6 year old intact male GSD who’s never been a fan of the vet ? even though he acts tough and has an intimidating bark, the staff treats him with understanding and love and he typically calms down after a few minutes of being over dramatic. If you’re hesitant or have a difficult pup when going to the vet my advice is get a basket muzzle and look no further, you can be rest assured they will be sweet in caring for your pup!

I’ve been looking for a new vet and my friends recommended Steel Creek Animal Hospital and they are amazing! My kitty doesn’t like car rides, or being in her crate so I was worried she would be anxious in the office. The vet tech we had, I forgot her name I’m sorry (small, long dark hair) was SO good with Jelly! She approached and handled her with care and was very gentle. We had Dr. Young and she is so kind, truly. I felt like she took great care in assessing Jelly and getting to the bottom of what was ailing her. She gave us great recommendations for food and care. Both Dr. Young and her vet tech were great, and went above and beyond. Jelly agreed too (she gave Dr. Young a head butt and a kiss on the cheek!). About a week later, Dr. Young called us herself to follow up to see how she was doing. I have NEVER had any other Veterinarian or office staff make a follow up call after an appointment. I was really impressed! The front office ladies were wonderful! They took care of all the paperwork, verified information, and I noticed their approach with other patients coming in and handled them with care, kindness and respect that was given to us. I really trust this office with the care of my fur baby. I’ll only take my cats here from now on. Thank you Dr. Young and the amazing staff! We appreciate everything you do!

Got an almost immediate appointment for my puppy when I thought she was having a medical emergency. Turned out my pup was just fine, but the staff was so kind and caring through the entire process. Helped me relax through a scary situation with their skill and professionalism. Also, they adored how tiny my lil pom was. Dr. Schuver and her team will give you and your baby a five star experience. - Virginia and Fable
