Like many Starbucks, the quality is hit or miss depending on who is working. As is the speed of the service. Sometimes the drinks are mixed with incorrect proportions of ingredients, sometimes they're perfect. Sometimes the drinks aren't mixed much at all, or something is missing.Kind of expensive for what you're getting, but it seems people are willing pay for it. I'm personally not a big fan of the sugary drinks, but the wife has to have her fix once in a while. They're too sweet for me. I do appreciate the free WIFI though.

Starbucks was half a block from Bonvoy. We wanted coffee and of course Bonvoy was not available at 3PM but we found Starbucks ad for our Iced Latte and other goodies and it was cheeper than Nonoy.....

Cashier was super slow with our order and didn’t unpack pastry. I got a lemon pound cake and it wasn’t unwrapped and it had the expiration date. The expiration date said 1/3 which was that very same day, and seeing it expired today and I was gonna eat it kinda set me off. Every other Starbucks doesn’t service it in a plastic bag.

It's a beautiful store, though the service is a little slow during peak hours since it gets extremely busy. During the weekend you can find a line of people waiting to get in. Cool a variety of foods, drinks, and baked goods but they are on the pricier side.

Drink was made well. Staff was not very friendly! This was the Starbucks within Barnes n Noble. Next time I will go to other Starbucks location in Mayfaire.

Customer service at this location is laughable. No communication, place is filth, they don’t call out orders. Too busy worried about mobile orders. Like, I’m standing right here in the store. 15 mins. Not one person in the store. Order after order. If you have a customer in the store waiting. You don’t keep making drinks for people who aren’t here. I mean does anyone train these people?

Bad. Customer service, guy had back turned towards me, &when he finally noticed me he said how can I help you... I asked for a frappuccino... then he said sorry blender is broken.??? why does Starbucks only have 1 BLENDER?! I also thought... Starbucks is in Harris Tetter... BUY ONE!??????????
