We had 2 awful experiences at this Staples location while attempting to get our tsa precheck. After the second time we will never go back to this location. We waited patiently in a long line at 10am (we knew we were going to have to wait-no issue with that). Only 1 worker was even helping anyone. When it was our turn we said that we were a walk-in and didn’t have an appointment. She huffed at us and immediately got an attitude. She made several rude comments, so I just said “thanks for the kind response” and we left.Avoid this location, even if you have an appointment, they’re rude and were WAY behind on appointment times.

Mrs. Linda (Associate) that handle TSA Precheck Enroll was wonderful, Patient and throughly explained the process. Treated everyone the same her engery was good, attitude and exuded professionalism.

As long as you have an appointment for TSA Pre-check, you will be fine. I admit I was skeptical coming to this location for fingerprinting because of the negative reviews, but overall had a decent experience. The process was short after waiting in line quite some time. If you show up before your appointment time, don’t expect to be seen first. Those with appointments are prioritized and I believe they do not accept walk-ins after 3:45. Definitely be patient and follow their instructions. Got approved the next day.

Like others have said, don't go here to get your TSA Precheck. Incredibly rude staff. Treating everyone in line like they are stupid. No instructions given on what to do when you're applying for the Precheck, then they treat you like an idiot and bark orders when you're not moving the process along fast enough. I don't know where else to go but don't go here.

Would not recommend this staples to anyone. Very rude employees, barely acknowledged me picking up an item I ordered online for printing. Was acknowledged by the gentleman who assumed I was shoplifting as multiple times asked me if I needed help in different areas of the store. I had a few minutes to kill between small business appointments so I was browsing and contemplating purchasing a new office chair. I won’t be purchasing it, or anything from this location again.

I wish I could give this store and corp a 1 star rating. I spent two -hours of my day with no final result trying to get printed copies of an obituary for a family friend. Even emailing corporate was of no support. This store has a bunch of kids working and no real adult management supervision. If you're gonna deal with Staples (do not go to this location). You have been warned.

I went to this store for TSA Precheck. The customer service representative, Kym S., was discouraging and rude. In fact, she told one of the managers she would not help me bc I was rude!Yes, the VPN kept going down.Yes, she was frustrated.Yes, I made a suggestion to help.No, she couldn’t find my appointment but I had one.Another customer said, “Speak life”, to Kym because she was so negative and rude.Suggestion: don’t get a job serving customers if you don’t like people. Anyone can have a bad day, but my goodness!!PS. Another staff member eventually helped me. I was there from 9:10 am (appt at 9:20 am) and I left at 10:45 am.

I went for an Amazon return which only happens in the print center. The 2 associates working in this area never took the time to even address the growing line within the 10 mins of me standing there as multitasking no longer exists. Customer service and speed no longer exists.

Self printing services don't work so you have to order a day ahead even for small orders. Customer service is good other than they need two out of order signs instead of the one because both machines are out.

Judging by the other TSA Precheck reviews, I got very lucky. I went too this location at 9am on a Tuesday early August. There was maybe 7 of us already there and only 1-2 people had an appointment. I was 2nd in line without an appointment and was in and out after about a 30 minute wait. When I was there, I was told that mornings are much better than afternoons... So be aware that even if you have an appointment, there may still be some wait time. You'll be processed before walk-ins however you'll be in the queue and in the order of appointment times.Because there's only one staff and two machines processing the TSA Precheck, it is a bit slower. Plus folks who aren't great with technology take longer. Try to breathe, be patient, and have a lot of grace. Please try to be kind to others and the staff there - everyone is doing his/her best. Bring headphones and podcast, music, or whatever you'd like to listen to. Expect a line no matter if you are walk-in or with an appointment.I had no issues as a walk-in early morning during the work week. It helps when everyone else was generally in a good mood too and cracking jokes. Oh, if you didn't know, they'll take a photo of you. I didn't know and showed up without my face on (and messy hair woohoo) =D. Pro tip of someone who gets background checks done quite often for volunteering/work: Fingerprinting is done electronically. If your fingerprints aren't passing, take some hand sanitizer (they have them there) and rub/dry before trying again. It's a trick I've learned since I have very thin/non-existent prints on certain fingers!

Omg.. never in my entire life have I been disrespected the way the grey headed old lady at TSA precheck, treated me today.. she screamed at us in line like we were kids. Picked an chose who she wanted to go through the line. I had an appointment got to the front of the line, she calls out people's names behind me, now mind u I got in line when I got there and had been in line 1 hr an 45 mins already. She is rude, obnoxious, poor customer service.. an I don't know how she gets away with this.

Do not go here for TSA pre check!!!They only have one employee doing them. My appointment was at 10:50am. I arrived 10 minutes early as stated in the email with all of my documents. The process took less than 15 minutes but I had to wait an additional 30 minutes past my appointment time to begin. The lady helping was friendly though and patient.

Stopped in for a printer. Was greeted immediately upon entering store. Kobe filled me in on the benefits of the different printer technologies and costs. So refreshing to get good, honest professional service. Thanks Kobe!
