I beg you. Do NOT register for TSA PreCheck here. Listen to me and the several other reviews about this. I had an appointment, was told "we are behind and it will take a while" when I talked in. An hour later I still hadn't been seen and left. Go quite literally anywhere else.

We had asked for two picture posters for a funeral and the posters were done so poorly that the picture was coming off the poster. The funeral was the next day. It was an absolutely horrible experience. The one saving grace was the gentleman (Perry) who was working there at the time of pick up. He was super kind and considerate and tried to come up with multiple solutions for us. He called multiple other locations and even though ultimately he wasn't able to help much, he did everything he could and provided the best customer service. He is the only reason I gave this review 2 stars instead of 1.

For all of the bad reviews on this website. It's mainly called parents not teaching their children "at an early age" a work ethic, responsibility and how to have a passion to serve others and serve them well. When the children grow up and go to work, this is what you pretty much experience at more places than not today EVERYWHERE because there are more and more parents not doing their jobs right when these (now employees) were raised at an early age. Plus, there are many children who were not fortunate enough to have two parents to raise them sadly. There are families that do have "two" parents, but simply do not do their jobs right when raising their children "at an early age". Work ethic and a passion to serve others and serve them well must be taught to children "at an early age". This is the predominant reason we unfortunately have so many folks that do not want to work! Unless parents do a better job at an early age, this situation will only get worse unfortunately.

Why have TSA appointments at all? Showed up to be told I’d be seen 1.5 hours after my appointment. I took off work to be here.

Went in to print my baby shower invites. I’m on a budget so I needed help finding the best way, which paper, design etc.
I probably spent an hour in there and Brian was so helpful, so patient and so kind. He was able to keep helping other customers as they walked in while making me feel important. He was multitasking and helping so many people and with such a great attitude.
I was dreading coming in and having to figure out how to print these invites and Brian made it effortless. So thankful for his help!

If you are looking to get TSA PreCheck do NOT come to this location. They are terrible, incredibly slow, and their equipment is shit and breaks all the time. First time I came I waited over an hour because their equipment was broken, but they just let all 10 of us wait for an hour before telling any of us. Meanwhile, the two girls just sit in the back playing with the broken equipment giggling and chilling. Second time I came and booked the first spot of the day. Again came, was told they were on the phone trying to sort out equipment issues, waited over an hour with 8 other people with no additional updates on whether it would be fixed or not. Then of course got cancelled AGAIN. Just do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for TSA PreCheck because these folks are clueless, you will wait an hour no matter what, and their equipment is shit.

I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life! Especially from the print center employees, who are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Please don’t go here for copy services unless you want to run into a rude brick wall!

Recently moved near this Staples and it’s terrible. I was looking for keyboard accessories and couldn’t find any, there was an abundance of content creator supplies and travel size toiletries. I struggle to find the focus of the store. My online order was not ready for pickup and staff in the copy area are always preoccupied. There was not a designated pick up area. Office Max at RiverGate is more organized.

I made copies at the kiosk, 52 copies for $22. The machine wasn't working properly, and the associate watched me struggle and never offered to assist. Another customer and I eventually figured it out. When I was finished, I went to the desk to wait for Sharon to look up. After five minutes she acknowledged my presence. I asked her what the cost was to bind my 52 copies and she quoted me $235. I asked her to double check it, as that seemed very high. She said nope, that's the price. I went to the Providence Rd Staples the next day and it was done for $5.

Came here for a TSA pre check appointment today. Highly wouldn’t recommend coming here to get that done. There’s no point in having appointments if people can’t be seen on time and I was here on time for a 4:15 appointment and waited over an hour to be seen. Please do better Staples.

Despite scheduling appointments weeks in advance, this location is not properly set up for TSA PreCheck appointments and is unable to honor appointments scheduled. This is a known issue that they have not resolved. It was only after the queue of customers waited approximately 30 minutes for their scheduled appointments that someone walked by and remarked that they couldn’t do the appointments.
