I’m very pleased with the experience I had at this Spectrum location with Shannay. I needed to change to a local number. Already having a Spectrum internet account made me seek Spectrum as my cellular provider. The process was flawless. She went above and beyond! Helping me find the best cell phone option, explaining coverage and setting everything up with a great attitude. I’m very glad I chose Spectrum and this location!

Came in today to return items spectrum sent me without asking for it. I was told over the phone to bring it in to a spectrum store. Now i arrived and the white lady on the right side said to take it to Ups. I literally told her i was told to bring it in. This is an inconvenience. Employees over the phone say one thing and the ones at the location say another thing. GET ON THE SAME PAGE!

Horrible customer service. Do not work with the white lady on the right. She does not help or cares what customer service over the phone tells you.

Very elegant appearance. No lines. Staff was nice. Had all equipment stored and ready, even came with a carry bag. I was in and out in 3 minutes.

Severely understaffed. Polite service reps are helpful but pure volume of customers cannot be handled with current staffing level.

I reserve 4 o'clock on saturday Just to pick up a equipment All of a sudden, my name was erase on the board. Then she said to sign back in. The waiting time was an hour and a half. I called a spectrum people to send over the unit. It's the same thing as the dmv.

Convenient location, short wait and friendly staff. We went to return a cable box and had a good experience. Sign in process was easy and seamless! This is a good location! By far, this is the best Spectrum location I've visited.

My motum went out and quickly went to nearest store.They replaced it with a new version.Very good customer service I was in and out within ten minutes. the store is top of the line. Thanks again for a great experience.

I went into this place to drop my daughters cable box out and they wouldn't let me drop it off they said my name was not on the list even though I had her on the phone and she was put me on the list but the person didn't put me on the list so I'm not very happy with Spectrum store right now

Was planing on only going to see/ask what it takes to change from T-Mobile to Spectrum and ended up getting great service from Maria, helping me get things squared away with T-Mobile and then setting up my new phone for me as I traded my old one in and had to transfer everything to tye new one....wonderful Lady had some good talkd while waiting and everything was super smooth and phone runs perfect, can only suggest to go there and ask for her! Thanks again for your service!
