My Wife and I visited this location on South Blvd this Sunday - 4 February 2023 in the afternoon. This was not the closest location for us - because we are temporarily staying in the SouthPark Area; - I'll spare you the details about my visit the previous week to the SouthPark location. - Special "Shout Out" and thanks to Spectrum Sales Specialist - Mr. Jalen Barber who took time out to speak to me like a gentleman and carefully, calmly and politely answered all my questions about our new service. Jalen was knowledgeable, pleasant and gracious. Thank you Jalen for being so polite to my wife Andrea. I will be personally reaching out to Jalen in the next few weeks as we will be moving into our new apartment that has Spectrum service. Jalen assured me that he would personally ensure that I get all the necessary services and equipment that I need to properly and efficiently operate my Telemedicine business from our home. Thank you so much!

We have had horrible experiences with spectrum and were actually going to cancel our cell service due to horrible customer service. But Andre’a saved us from leaving, thank you so much for being amazing and answering all of our questions. She is exactly how everyone is this company should represent. I don’t understand why there are only 3 reps working each time I’ve visited this location. The wait one time was far too long and I ended up leaving without getting my issue taken care of.

This review is not about this store, but Spectrum as a service provider. I've spent untold hours on the phone or via chat with billing, tech support, customer service over the past month. After 3 hours on the phone with 4 different reps and being transferred to the wrong departments. They finally couldn't give me what was originally promised. I finally gave up and cancelled all my services. A month later, after calming down I called back to give them a 2nd chance. I asked for the same package that I tried to upgrade to and they said that they would give it to me. 2 weeks later, I find they charged me $30 for a one time activation fee which I had already paid years ago. Their rep made no mention of another activation fee and just billed me for it. This is the reason that monopolies are not allowed to exist. Spectrum has an exclusive contract with my complex making it very difficult to get any other company's service. I hate them and will drop them like a bad habit as soon as I can get another provider. Steer clear of these shysters at all costs if you can. BEWARE of hidden fees they just don't bother to mention. Their response was, "I'm sorry, you weren't made aware of our fees, but there is nothing I can do".

I'm not sure why I'm doing this.. but I'm supposed to say they did the best they could with what they had to work with... They make it tuff to to leave if you are disabled and charge you double for the opportunity to leave .. out things in collections that you already paid for... Overall I would go through drutherr phone or DURECT TV if I had my druthers.. they were sneaky and lascivious with the they made my billing look after the death of our patriarchy passed.. whereby not alloweing for the the promised packages the where offered promised then whoops .. oh .. no you don't get that ... Service was hacked .. a lot of service people inept and rude... They should rethink there business model together.. I left after housould held account for 39+ years. .don't do it. Inferior equipment. No installation . They truly are subpar.. sorry, that's my experience with them . They would not help in 90%of my needs... Oh they want you to pay for anything thing they actually do .. weather it works or not . Or outright tell you to hire someone. It's an increase in cable cost by at least 30% by the time its all said and done . With really bad service... Don't do it..

Spectrum is THE WORST internet provider I've ever had. The worst experiences dealing with an internet provider, multiple outages AT LEAST once per month, raising my rates unknowingly, and trying to get me to add other services as if I would EVER want to deal with their sleazy company anymore than I should. Terrible experience with them do not ever use this service if you have a chance. And to top it all off after I cancel they make me pay another month after they told me on the phone that I did not have any further payments they send a debt collector after me. COMPLETELY INSANE, I've never had such poor experiences with a company before. Switched to ATT fiber and never looked back, you should do the same.

Worst for business customers. Spectrum does not have after service protocols. They do not send technician after we request for tecnical support. We have tv boxes and remotes from spectrum, both of them do not work. They do not send remotes even if their products are faulty.
