Dear Spectrum - SouthPark Location - Sharon Road Employees, Please accept my apologies from interrupting you "Meditation" on Sunday Afternoon - 21 January 2024; - You went above and beyond provided me with useless telephone numbers - only seeking to send me away. Thank you for wasting my time. It's sad that you don't value your customers. Purpose of my visit was to make further inquiry about additional services and options available t me at my new apartment complex located in City Place. You are the ISP for this location. Your unwillingness to provide me with additional basic information really makes me anxious and concerned about entering into any service agreements with your organization. Why couldn't you just listen to me? I hope this was just a fluke and your company truly does value its customers. Anyways - I suspect I'm forced to venture out to another location and see what your organization an offer me. If anyone from management is reading this - you please reach out to me. Not cool at all young lady with the multiple piercings in your nose. Poor value - Total waste of my time.

Excellent. Wayne is one of the best customer service people I have ever dealt with. He understands customers needs and concerns and works quickly to resolve them without trying to over sell or make the customer feel like their concern isn’t warranted. For various reasons I have needed to visit this spectrum store a few times over the last six months and each time I have left fully satisfied after my interactions with Wayne.

We arrived 12 minutes before closing and they were preparing to close at 6 pm. My young son had dropped his phone and needed a new phone. I was informed that the process took 30 minutes and that I would need to return the next day for assistance. This was the second attempt that I had tried to get him a new phone at this store location, so this frustrated me. Wayne listened to my concerns, understood my frustration and decided to assist me. He stayed past 6 pm to provide us with a new phone. He had a pleasant and cheerful attitude during the process. My son and I appreciate Wayne's assistance!

Just came to the store, talked to the specialist Wayne and the guy just solved my needs in less than 15 minutes…I got new internet, new mobile and ported my number from my previous carrier… in LESS than 15 minutes!Amazing!Appreciate, Spectrum/Wayne!!!

Okay so I had issues with my spectrum phone and really need to get it fixed. So I was going to get a new phone but the gentleman suggested I go to ubreakitwefixit and I did. Turns out this place was charging me more than me just paying to get a new phone from spectrum. ? Anyway, off I went. Should have went with my first thought. Customer service was good but I should have went with the new phone.Let's do it!!!0-10This place a solid 4Been without my phone for a week and a half now. ?

I signed up for Spectrum when I set up my Duke Energy account I just moved from Jacksonville, FL to Charlotte, NC; and service has been amazing. Soon as I walked in I was greeted; my account was pulled up and since I set it up online they could not access to make changes to my wifi speed. They quickly resolved the issue by opening a new account for me. They were so friendly and on their job! They are very personable as I sit and listen to them service other customers.Looking forward to my continued service with spectrum. Thank you very much Veronica and Wayne
