Spectrum is THE WORST internet provider I've ever had. The worst experiences dealing with an internet provider, multiple outages AT LEAST once per month, raising my rates unknowingly, and trying to get me to add other services as if I would EVER want to deal with their sleazy company anymore than I should. Terrible experience with them do not ever use this service if you have a chance. And to top it all off after I cancel they make me pay another month after they told me on the phone that I did not have any further payments they send a debt collector after me. COMPLETELY INSANE, I've never had such poor experiences with a company before. Switched to ATT fiber and never looked back, you should do the same.

Super friendly staff that makes it super easy to transfer your internet over. Ask for Noel Rodriguez, he is super helpful and helped me explore cell phone options as well.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I tried to return equipment for a friend undergoing cancer treatment and they refused to take it because they said no matter what his health is, he has to return it in person at the store and they still have to follow policy. No common sense or human decency at this store. Disgusting.

Lighting strike hit near my home yesterday, and unfortunately it destroyed my router and modem, this happen 20 min prior to the closest store near me closing time, I messaged Spectrum and Oscar answered my call, informed me of what I needed to do and how I needed to do it, so I drove to my nearest location which is in Rivergate here in Charlotte North Carolina and I made it right before the store was closing, Noel and Nicolas saved the day With only minutes till closing, i’d like to say thank you guys and I appreciate yall a lot, it was the best customer service ever! Big shout out to Noel and Nicolas you guys are the best.

The absolute most rude service man I have EVER came upon at this store @4:15 pm 7/29/23. Went up to exchange spectrum router (3rd bad one) and didn’t have ID. Was given a lecture by young man who kept addressing me as “boss man” Boss man this boss man that. WTH!! Made like he was going way out on limb after I provided several pieces of mail with my name. Avoid this store and avoid spectrum. Their equipment beaks continuously, They’re too expensive and the service sux..

Awesome customer service!!!! Came into the store at like 5:30 PM to add a new line, make phone purchase, and to switch phone number. AJ a spectrum specialist attended us so kindly. Which I’m super grateful for because my husband and I have our daughters graduation this Saturday and we want to gift her with a phone. Super happy with his customer service and friendly disposition. I definitely recommend go to AJ.

If you qualify for ACP program, they will Ping Pong you like a tennis ball and fight your application. They DO NOT want to give you the discount. They have you calling 10x back and forth from them to ACP governmental program just to get out of giving you the $30 month discount in wifi. The actual service decent, but God hello you if you actually qualify for this or any other discount; they’ll lie and have 10 different reps tell you 10 different things. Switching providers.
