I tried to get my house wired for service from Spectrum, but the customer service representative wanted me to set up and select a service from them. I just wanted to pay spectrum money to make home was able to receive spectrum. No. They just wanted to sign me up for service and auto bill me.

Speaking for the JAARS/ Waxhaw area, if you have the choice of another internet provider then use them. This service IS NOT reliable and has continuously been in and out for the last 2 months. After numerous times contacting them you do get a small credit but they have no resolution to fix the service. I've lived in many different places with different providers and this is the WORST service I ever had.

Staff are rude and always standing around talking instead of helping the long queue of patrons waiting. They also can’t help with any customer service questions, they just give you the Spectrum general help number.

What was the whole point of making a reservation if I’m gonna wait over 40 minutes. Also, I don’t like the way I had to wait for every person to go when I made a reservation. Such a waste of time.

Alyson was very helpful and she gave me her valuable time. There was a young man there who for whatever reason just didn't understand the intricacies of my needs even though I'm very explicit in giving clear instructions. I had to speak with the manager Alyson. A Good experience.

4 people standing around, one with a customer and still forced to wait just to drop off equipment. This is after spending over 1/2 hour on the phone speaking to 4-5 people trying to cancel my service.

Just switched from Verizon and the customer service/ support at this location was speedy, easy, and overall, exceeded my expectations.
