This place is a part of a boat dealership. I was a little confused arriving because I thought I went to wrong place. Joe , I think, was an awesome rep. I am a beginner and did a ton of research. He considered my experience as a snowboader and added some insight google didn't. I love the new board. Good value too. He did not try to oversell and they met the cuttent best online price I can fid.

I had a pair of wakeboard boots fail and they helped me get my warranty claim going and get me back on the water super quick. This is a great company to support!

NIGHTMARE!! This is the 2nd review I have ever written because I never care to take the time, good or bad! But... the service that I received from the staff at this place was truly a joke! I was lied to for months about the progress of my boat as far as them fixing it. I had to call every week if not multiple times a week because I was never called back. The boat was never fixed correctly so when I took it to have it winterized, there was still damage to the boat that we had to pay more money for to have repaired. The receptionist has no clue what is happening EVER, not to mention how her attitude went from fake nice to complete rude when I didn't agree to paying more than what they quoted me. I really could go on and on but I recommend that no one spends their money at this business.

The team at ST is the greatest. If you ever wandered why you should buy a luxury boat from Southtown, here's why. We've bought 2 Supra's from ST now. Our newest SA400 had a defect that was taken care of with such easy, honesty and urgency that we only missed a couple of days on the water. Then I messed up. My carelessness found me with a bent prop and a severe vibration. One call to Josh, our top notch sales genius and it was handled. No big deal right? Well, it was 3:00 pm on last Saturday when I called Josh. By 6:00 pm I had a new prop installed on the boat and I was back on the water...literally. Not only did we receive exceptional service but it was provided more urgently than I could expect and was WAY cheaper than expected. It's almost like these guys are asking for a bigger problem just to see it they can beat the challenge. My wife and I were back to surfing until sundown on Saturday and loving it. As always, than you Josh, Alex, Danny and the entire team at Southtown Watersports.
