I highly recommend Nicolette! She knew my vision before I even had to explain myself. She's so mindful of what products to use to keep your hair healthy and she makes sure you're feeling comfortable! I had a horrible experience with a different salon where they gave me too blonde/patchy full highlights, and Nicolette knew exactly how to fix it! I'll never go to anyone else. She really did her magic!

I have been having my hair cut and colored by Sonia for many years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Sonia is very professional at all times, cutting my wavy, mind-of-its-own hair with precision, resulting in a stylish cut each and every time. If I want a change of pace, she listens well and accommodates to perfection. My color is always perfect and I receive numerous compliments every time I visit Sonia! Received a terrible hair cut that will take months to grow out. Sonia tried to hide the cut by frying my hair with a flat iron. I had to wash my hair afterwards because the product made me itch and discovered my hair was uneven in the front and back. I did not receive one long layer as requested but discovered the bottom of my hair looked like a raggedy old broom with short random layers all over. I have thick wavy hair and this is a nightmare to manage. She tried to shame me to have color and offered a bargain price. You get what you pay for!

I am new to the Bay Area and have been looking for a salon I can go to and trust for my thinning and damaged hair!! PRIMP was recommended to me by a friend who is a client or Loren's. I am always reluctant to try a new place due to my thin yet very curly hair! Loren is incredible!! In just 2 months I have seen such a positive change in my hair. Her coloring techniques along with her product suggestions have made my hair the healthiest it has looked in years! She takes pride in her work and as owner takes her time with her clients making them feel pampered and well taken care of! I would recommend her to anyone!!

Meredith is a gem. She has extensive experience and training but always individualizes the experience to the customers needs and requests. She "really" listens to her clients; but may recommend approaches that will enhance their natural beauty. Meredith has been my "go to" hair stylist because I get a wonderful cut, style every time. Her haircuts makes me feel so good about myself! And she's a nice person too. So i actually look forward to each visit!

Meredith is an amazing stylist. I have been her client for ten years now and will only go to her. I even followed her from her old salon to Primp. I love my haircut! Loren was so sweet. She listened to what I wanted to do and offered a few different options. The salon is super cute too. Lots of free parking nearby. I highly recommend this salon!
