Just wowwww! All the ladies that worked today were AMAZING! I started off with Elizabeth and she sized me and got me off to a great start as I came in wearing a bra that was the WORSE! With her help I got the perfect size, once she left Alexandria came in and continued to assist me and she helped me step out my comfort zone and recommended the sensual lace balconette bra and encouraged me to spice it up with something sexy! And the bra was so sexy on and off that I had to purchase 3! In all I purchased 6 bras due to a great sale, and when I got home my husband fell in love all over again thanks to my new sexy bras!!! I can’t wait to buy more!

This location certainly does not put the customer first. I went in on Saturday evening 10 minutes prior to closing. I was well aware of the time as well as the store hours. I knew exactly what I wanted. However, given the current promotions I thought I would take a look around. Upon entering, I immediately hear the lady vacuuming snicker after I entered. She stopped vacuuming to ask if I needed help. I responded no thanks, I am going to purchase underwear but thought I would look at your bras as well. Her response, in a very disingenuous tone, “well just so you know, you only have 10 minutes.” I felt so devalued as a customer. I said I needed something and thought you might like one last sale before you close but no thanks and walked out. I was so upset I walked back in and was greeted by a younger associate. I told her I work retail, I understand it very well. I can read a clock and your store hours posted. I had actually googled before coming so I knew I had enough time. This is not how you treat a customer especially when I came in to make a purchase. I do NOT recommend this location. They do not deserve your money. It’s also a very sad representation of the brand of which I’ve been wearing for so many years.

This was my first time visiting this store after I was afraid to just order online without trying anything on. I did not feel welcomed, when I asked for suggestion the sales associates were rude and not helpful at all! I could hear them arguing at the counter as well. The one young girl at the register was nice, but the rest should not be working with customers at all! I had a very negative vibe being there and definitely will not be back. Shopping for bras and underwear is very intimate and can be frustrating for a woman. I will go back to Victoria’s secret where the sales people are always very helpful and nice.

Alex is amazing. Go when she is working. Walked in for a fitting when she is basically working alone. She walked us to a fitting room and shortly after fitted my cousin and I comfortably. Made us feel great, brought us options and was helpful. With Alex we didn't feel rushed or life an inconvenience.The other two associates were not that friendly. But I'm am grateful Alex was there

I love the Soma Products because I cannot use anything but wire bras. This last experience @ Stonecrest however, has left me questioning my continued patronage of Soma. After my online order was "mistakenly" cancelled I called the store and asked what had happened. They said it was just a mistake but since they were about to do inventory they were no longer accepting online orders. Not only that but when they cancelled my order there is now a hold on the card before the money returns to my account. So, I obviously then had to pay a second time in store when I did go to pickup my order. I just had nothing but issues with what should have been a pretty simple transaction. Coupled with the rude girl at the counter when I picked up my order just a genuinely bad experience in every facet.

The days of great customer service are mostly gone but NOT at this Soma. Amazing sales associates who care and provide very personal service. Will be happy to go out of my way to come shop at this Soma and these associates.

Sales lady made my 14 years daughter feels so uncomfortable after trying to give life lesson. Therapy and get her breasts reduced because she was top heavy. Me as a mother working on her self esteem, Kelly ( sale person) knocked me back 5 steps. Consoling my baby girl as well drive home and inside I wanted to physically hurt this woman. The cashier who was new was pleasant. She smiled and was very nice. Meanwhile Kelly ( black woman who measured me and my daughter) should be band from the store so she can sit home with her 5 children that she so graciously stated. FYI: I am a black mother, a single mother that promotes positivity into my kids. I was very unsatisfied and will never go back to that store. Corporate needs to handle her before another parent takes it I to their own hands.

I rarely ever write negative reviews, but Monday morning at the Rea Rd. store in Charlotte I witnessed the rudest behavior. I am a frequent customer of Soma and stopped by on my way to an appointment. I arrived a little before 10am, I tried to open the door at 9:57 and it was locked. I didn’t knock, and no employee was in site (which is totally fine). No problem, I patiently waited and read on my phone until the store was ready to open. A little after 10 a store associate came and unlocked the door, she flung that door open so aggressively and she gave me a look that could kill as if I annoyed her for being there. She didn’t say a word, turned right back around and let the door close in my face as she angrily walked off. I was so annoyed by her behavior that I turned right back around and got in my car. There’s no way I’m going to enter or spend my money at a store where the employees make you feel so unwelcome.

Took my very shy teen for a first time bra sizing by a professional. Kelly was amazing with her, made her feel comfortable, explained each step of the process and educated her on styles, fitting, pricing..she was just wonderful.

I recently was with a friend and she told me that I was wearing the wrong bra size. I was embarrassed by this so I wanted to go to a place that would help me get fitted. Kelly measured me and gave me a couple bras to try on. She told me the differences between the lines. This is an excellent place to go for a good bra. No pressure to buy anything either, although I ended up buying 2 and very happy with them. Kelly was very helpful and she even saved me 20% by signing up for an email.

My review is for the 7808-D Rea Road, Charlotte, NC store.There are not enough stars to show the exemplary customer service. Specifically, Angela and the manager. Due to a situation that is personal, Angela took the time to shop on the phone with me, discussing several items. Her patience and professionalism is commendable. With the manager's approval, the outfit was packaged in "Soma Style" and mailed from the store.I have had great customer service at some very elite stores but this was by far an amazing and unforgettable experience of compassion and professionalism.Thank you, Angela and management!
