I thought they were more professional, serious an commitment. They had my trailer 4 days, telling me that they have to wait for a part, they said all the time we will call you. Never call me.... I decided to go there... SURPRISE!!!! The trailer was not fix, I don't know for what reason....They made me lost 4 days of work and probably more.... now I need to move my trailer to get fix...... do frustrated

Some of their drivers appear to have no awareness of what's around them. Having to dive to the shoulder to prevent being sides wiped from sides much larger vehicle and the driver ignoring horns and lights was frustrating.

Craig got me 4 very good used 11r22.5 tires. The 3 guys in the shop mounted them on my rims that I carried in while I waited. Michelle on the desk even helped. Very happy with Michelle's personality and helpfulness. I'll recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances.
