Anna at the South Park Mall in Charlotte was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made the process of buying a mattress effortless. If sleep on my Sleep Number is as good as she claims I will be forever grateful.

Go see Darcy to get your new bed! She will not pressure you or push you toward features you aren’t interested in or the most expensive options. She will guide you through the entire process including setting up the app and delivery.

Darcy was amazing from start to finish! She took her time with us and let the mattress sell itself. She had legos for our kids so we could really ensure that we were focused and making the best decision. She fit us for the most perfect pillows and mattress and even proved myself wrong! I thought I liked firm mattresses… she proved I like supportive mattresses! Go see Darcy. She won’t let you down!

Do not buy a sleep number bed. We have had ours for three years. Spit top king with base. Countless service calls for the base not working, parts that needed to be replaced. $1,600 in service fees for assembly and disassembly for 2 moves and one for a service call on a warrantied part.The warrantied part we need to pay the service fees on, is the mattress cover with the magnets on it that hold it to the base, multiple magnets ripped off in under 3 years, which “sometimes happens with a movable base” according to sleep number. The moveable base made specifically for this bed? Okay sounds like poor design to me. Best part is the cost including the install is $600 with the warranty coverage! What?This bed is a money pit. Yes we have had a number of issues fixed for free- but why so many mechanical issues with the bed in 3 years?!?Total cost of ownership is above and beyond the cost of the bed. Not worth it. Would never recommend.

Didn’t go to the store. Ordered mine over the phone with the guidance of employee of South Park store. Went smoothly & question’s answered. I’ve had sleep number beds before & that made it easier.

I went in looking for a new mattress and didn't know anything. The lady there was cold and reluctant to answer any questions. She was disinterested in any questions I had when I said I didn't have 45 minutes for a mattress demo and tuned me out from that point. The associates talk to you like they're trying to sell you something unless if you're not buying, then they ignore you.

Darcy at the Sleep Number South Park Mall store is terrific. She did a great job of explaining the technology of the Sleep Number beds and answered all of our questions. We can’t wait to get our bed in a few weeks!

Great customer service until they get your money. Very shady policies and after 2 months and thousands out of pocket we cannot sleep in our room due to the toxic fumes. It has caused serious medical issues.. Still trying to resolve. Will never recommend this product to anyone.

We knew we wanted a Sleep Number bed, so this was a quick and easy transaction. Jenny at the South Park store was perfect in her getting us information, answering questions, and testing the C4 bed we purchased.
