We had a wonderful experience at the Sleep Number store in Pineville. We have been happy customers for 6 years, but we were recently looking for an upgrade to their newest climate control bed. Tony, the store manager was so helpful, knowledgeable, thorough and kind. He made the whole purchasing process a breeze and we feel confident in our investment.

Edit to respond to sleep number: I am unable to log into my account unless I agree to giving my personal information. If I decline giving my information my only option was to log out. YOUR RESPONSE IS MISLEADING. I don’t care if you share my information or not, I do not want to share my personal information with sleep number and I will not be forced to agree to it in order to log into my account. I do not need, nor want, “SleepIQ” services. I just want to be able to adjust the firmness of my bed. And currently it constantly deflates, even after I had the part replaced and paid to have it installed. It’s a bed! It should not “break” constantly. Like I said, it is the worst bed I have ever owned in my life. And now I have to waste my time yet again calling your number during your limited hours during the day to straighten out another issue, one directly caused by you changing your app policies to force me to agree to either: 1) sharing information or 2) logging out of my account.
Stay far away from sleep number beds. I have had the absolute worst experience with the bed. It hasn’t functioned properly in some time and that’s with me having to pay for new parts AND pay $100 to have them come to my home to service the bed.
The latest issue is that I can no longer log into my account (to make adjustments to my bed through the app) unless I agree to allow sleep number to collect personal information and send me solicitations about new products and features. I used to be able to log in but now that has been removed unless I give them my personal information. Are you kidding me?!
I can’t wait for the day I can get rid of this bed, it’s the worst bed I have ever owned in my life.

This Store on Pineville-Mathews Rd was a great experience. Tony took us through several series of mattresses for our upgrade. It was a very thorough and low pressure sale. He was very knowledgeable and relatable. Totally recommend this store.

I bought a bed 2 years ago and about 3 months ago the air stopped working and does not conform to your body. I call to figure out what was wrong. They told me to unzip the mattress. I could not believe it is a small air mattress with plain foam around it. They told me it would be$147 for a tech to come out. For what I paid for this bed it should last more than 2 years. Talked to corporate they did not care! I do not recommend buying any sleep number bed. They are poorly made and won't last long. I wish I had read all the reviews because I would not have bought one.

Rebecca was extremely helpful with my purchase. She was patient and understanding when listening to my concerns as well as my partners. We have completely different wants and needs when it comes to a bed, but we found the perfect one with her help. She is understanding and more than accommodating through the entire process. If you’re looking for a sleep number, make sure you book with her. You’ll absolutely love the experience.

Sleep number has a terrible product. The bed is cheap and it is marketed as if it is some top quality product. The parts break often, the app is constantly crashing and customer service will never FIX your problem. Customer service has terribly long wait times. The CEO Shelly Ibach should be ashamed to represent a company like this. Please for the love of god do not spend your money with this company. Purple or Tempur pedic would be a much better option because they offer better products at a much more affordable cost. I HATE sleep number.

Rebecca did a great job walking us through everything and explaining the difference in Sleep Number beds. The demonstration was super beneficial and Rebecca did a great job walking us through the features and differences in the various models. She also gave different options that we could do price wise...and we ended up actually going with the most expensive because we saw the value. Great experience at the site and with Rebecca. My wife and i are super excited to sleep in our new bed soon!

DO NOT BUY! I bought a sleep number bed for close to $10k in December of 2020, roughly 6 months later it started to act up so i called and was told that i need to deal with the base company (apparently the mattress and bed are under different warranties and through different companies), a fact that was never disclosed to me during the purchase process and would have definitely caused me to look at other options for our purchase. The base company (Leggett and Platt) came out about 2 months after my initial warranty call and replaced 2 actuators and a control box. All was well until June of 2022 when i again started having the same issues that i had previously. After multiple calls and being bounced around between sleep number and Leggett they sent me some parts which i installed and my bed still did not work! Fast forward over 3 months later and a sleep number tech comes out and tells me that they will replace the right side of my base. He leaves and a sleep number rep calls and tells me that i have to call Leggett and get them to replace the base, like that's going to happen after they didnt even want their own technicians to come out. I am beyond past my limit with these companies and they dont seem to care one bit. If i pay $10,000 for a bed i expect it to last more than a year and a half. I don't think that's outrageous to expect. But now im left with a $10k paper weight. Do yourself a favor and buy something else.

Tony, the store manager, has the worst customer service. I have called, emailed and texted him multiple times. He would make up some excuse and say "I'll call you back tomorrow". That never happened. I love their beds but you would think the customer service would be a little better after buying 2 beds worth over $7k.

Finally getting my new bed and could not be more excited to be buying another Sleep Number bed!!! Had spent some time on website looking at options to try to figure out direction. Rebecca in store was a great help and took wonderful care of me! Cannot wait for delivery!!
