Sales clerk was very helpful with us getting a BOGO deal. The manager, Stephonia, was diligent in following up to resolve a clerical error. Got the clerical matter settled and got the shoes we wanted! Thanks and we will be back.

Fairly good selection, but damn, the prices now. Not enough selection for people with neuropathy. Def need more people on the floor. Had to wait in check out line to get a question answered and she kind of flipped me off.
Other than that, I don't see much change from a few years back.

Manager was so rude and telling me all kind of policy for not giving me my corporate discount.
Which I always get while buying shoes through the store.

Employees are super nice and helpful.
However, for being a Factory Outlet I think their choices for Men's Max Cushioning or Running shoes are pretty slim. When It comes to shoes, I would rather not order a $100+ pair to see if I like them enough to keep them.

Ordered online. Unfortunately this particular pair of shoes didn't fit properly. They make it very easy to return here at the factory outlet. We were in and out with no issues.
