If I could give a 0 I would. Rented car in unlight garage--so couldn't see the tiny chip in windshield that was a foot taller than me until after I left and was under streetlights. Then charged me 3X what this would have cost to fix (nailpolish was all it needed).NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

The car rental was not available at the reserved time, had to wait over an hour.Turned the car in before my flight, everything checked out good. 2 days later I was accused of damaging the car. There was no damage when I checked the car back in.

The Sixt Charlotte location was a good one! Get the app and check-in before you get there, skip the counter and go straight to the second level of the parking facility. Scan your QR code and get your vehicle...it's so much faster. I ended up with a nicer car, no line, no hassle.
