Used to have Signature waste and have been happily taking my garbage to the dump myself for nearly a year. They have since decided to rip my kids basketball goal off of the base and destroy it. Gave them a week to see how to go about resolving it and he said the rim was over the street and the employee was trying not to hit it. The end result is the same. It is broken. He should have waited for the bus to go by first for the safety of the children, but apparently they were in such a hurry they had to “move” it out of the way. If a car was parked there would he have tried to “move” it?
The gentleman I talked to made sure to tell me that we still owed them money from when we were customers at which point I hung up. Can’t help but feel like it was intentional now that he threw that in my face.

If you have a choice I do not recommend Signature Waste! Not too sure what the deal is but they continually skip our house or forget to pick up our garbage on way than too many occasions. Every time we have reached out to them directly to resolve the issue we get very unprofessional inconsiderate representatives on the phone. At one time we had a 3 month debacle trying to get our garbage picked up. What are we paying for exactly and how does this happen?

The trash-can provided is of poor quality, and its lid falls off every other month. Despite a week of complaints via email and multiple calls, Signature Waste has not fixed the lid nor providing a new trash can. They made me keep the trash-can on my curb for the entire week giving false promises of repair but never did. HOA harassing and sending letters for sightings of trash-can in front-yard is another pain. The waste management company is proving really hard that they are total waste and it's a waste of time & money getting service from them. Congrats! You lived upto your name "WASTE" company.

We used signature waste at my job, we had 3 cans that we would fill up weekly. They missed our Friday pick up last week and I called them, they said they would be out to get it. Monday came and it still was not picked up. I called back and was told they would call me back by 1:00 to let us know when they’d be out Tuesday, they never called. Called back Tuesday and was told they would be out to get it, they never showed up. Wednesday the owner of the company called and was told someone would call him back, they never called. Now it’s Thursday, our cans are still full and at the curb and we have enough trash to fill them up again (it’s been a week). No matter what we are a week behind. I don’t expect them to be our trash (lack of) service much longer.

Didnt pick up my trash today. Said it was stacked too high in the bin. They pick it up with a truck. Anything that falls out Ill gladly come pick up off the street. Instead now I get to wait another week with smelly trash in my driveway for them to pick up some of it, then wait another week for them to pick up the rest. 2+ week old trash because I have "too much" garbage in the bin. D&D or Active Solutions much better choices

This waste removal company really is not good. Years ago my mom used these guys and always said. They never pick up our trash. I’m start to run things at the house now and wanted to give them another try. Right off the start they say there going to drop off the can and never did. Had to call to get it. Then first day supposed to pick up the trash. Never did. Trying to call but closed for the night. The worst part of it is when I came in the door my mom said told you so. These guys really aren’t good

Recently experienced a missed pick up from our residence, which was frustrating as the rest of our street was serviced. Our bin was correctly placed - not impeded by a mailbox, etc. Upon submitting a service request online notifying them of the missed pick up, they responded quickly and dispatched someone to take care of it the next day.

Dont waste your time. The whole concept of "we receive money, you receive a service" just not being understood by them.
EDIT to respond to "business" owner:
1. I did attempt to email, call, text, smoke signal anything i could think of to get someone to pick up the trash. All ignored. Multiple weeks in a row. Truly pathetic.
2. You had better believe there's no current account with my name on it. What kind of simple mf would remain wasting their money without delivery of services? I haven't ever been a customer (I would need to receive the services you have contracted to deliver in order to meet that definition) but I have had money collected by your organization. I left over a year ago, there's no law or technical restriction that stops people from reviewing your business once they are no longer engaging with you as a business. That's how human memory works. Thats how reputation works.
The unprofessional behavior, lack of communication and refusal to perform services contracted are actions i havent forgotten, wont forget, and will be communicated to anyone that might listen for the rest of my life, whenever the subjects of "waste service" or "embarassment to South Carolina" come up.
3. There's no resolution to my frustration. It exists in the past. I've washed my hands of you thank God. The opportunity to rectify this vanished over a year ago. You missed it. And not just me. Don't come at this like its an isolated incident and you're clutching your pearls that someone might have misunderstood. There's a hundred reviews all saying "gee why wont they pick up the garbage?" or "it's been frustrating to pay for a service and not receive it."
That twilight zone crazytown 'everybody makes mistakes' sh dont cut it. When people have trash stacked in their front yard, it is YOUR actions that degrade quality of life in our community.

Overall they've been okay for the duration, but the past three weeks our trash has been missed due to an injury to our normal driver. While we can sympathize, it's been frustrating to pay for a service and not receive it, but we're going to see if they step up to correct it. They're supposed to pick it up today, but we'll see if the rain scares them away. We've had to take our trash to the recycling center a couple times during this Holiday Season due to the missed service. The manager was supposed to call us yesterday and did not. Very frustrating past few weeks to say the least.

We had an issue at the beginning, of our service but after calling and speaking with one of the customer service reps, it was resolved almost instantly. Thank you so much for being kind over the phone and resolving our issue in a timely manner. We appreciate your service.
