Carefully installed washer and ran diagnostic test to check out operation. Perfect! Very pleased with this company and the service.”

“I think I'll be coming here from now on. Its a bit far from home but honestly the expience was that good. I needed to print an specific paper texture and size as soon as possible, many stores around charlote did not even bother and asked mme to either change the format or gave me 4-5 days of wait time, but then this UPS location was a diffentent in the sense that either of us knew the problem with the format and i didnt mind waiting, after an hour or so of trial an error i was able to walk out of the store with the prints i so much needed. It impressed me the dedication and disposition of their workers to help customers. Special apprecition for Artie who helped around being very patient and eager to help me. Really my favorite UPS store.”

“As a consumer I had to find a solution for returning a large item that I ordered that was damaged and fortunately I found Craters and Freighters. I spoke to Sam and she handled everything start to finish. When she was out of the office she still checked email and text messages and had Rick the owner/manager handle everything else and he was great too. Sam went above and beyond and she offered to have them pick up the oversized item ASAP even though it wouldn't be scheduled for production until the following week or longer depending on how long it took me to handle everything else related to the return. The staff that picked up the item were very nice and helpful too and even offered to dispose of the original damaged crate for me. She also offered to print and scan all documents and even helped me complete them. Since this was an international shipment this was a lot more involved and Sam was knowledgeable on all aspects of the process and they were not even the shipping company and only provided the crating yet Sam assisted me with the shipping paperwork too.”
“Today was a heavy day for me and I had to ship some packages last minute! I went to this UPS store just before closing and the clerk Misty was very helpful. She didn't even rush me when I was clearly coming right before close. I wont ever do that again but I APPRECIATE how professional and patient she was. Lots of us came in last minute that day.”
“I purchased a ceramic elephant and took it to the UPS to ship to Missouri. I was so excited and couldn’t wait for its arrival! When it arrived I was overwhelmed with excitement. I opened the box and my elephant was crumbled to pieces! I called the UPS store immediately and shared my sad story. Shana assured me not to worry and that I would be reimbursed.Reimbursement was the last thing on my mind! I wanted my elephant. I purchased another elephant and returned to the UPS and this time Shana and Travis assured me it would arrive in one piece. Three days later it arrived all in one piece!!!!! Now my elephant sits on my front porch in Missouri.Thanks to the “Exceptional Customer Service that was provided by two hard working people. They represent the establishment well!!”

“There was an issue with a package I sent being held at a UPS location across town after a failed delivery attempt that I was unable to retrieve. I did not have the best of luck with customer service so I went to the UPS store and explained my situation to Dee who went out of her way to drive across town after her shift to retrieve my package for me to come and pick up the next morning and ship again. You do not see service like this anymore! I am so grateful for her!! Thank you Dee!!”

“OMG / OMG - Hands down! - This was the nicest and most robust Whole Foods that we have ever been to in our lives! - Staff was very: (1) Available, (2) Knowledgeable & (3) Friendly; - Patrons of the store were normal and not like the usual insane types that we are accustomed to bumping into. Parking lot can be slightly tight - nevertheless, we were able to find plenty of parking. People in the parking lot are extremely cordial and friendly too. Produce is fresh and well stocked. Sit down area is extremely clean! - Employees obviously take great pride in maintaining this location! A+”

“I went into Union Station to obtain a passport. I fully expected the whole process to take weeks. However after talking to the staff at Union Station they informed me of how I could receive my passport expedited. They walked me through all the steps during my appointment and I received my passport in 3 days! The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I was very impressed with the level and quality of service I received. I would definitely recommend Union Station as the place to go for your passport needs.”

From the date of shipment your company did a superior job keeping us informed and setting up a delivery time that worked around our schedules.
