Bought a epoxy paint from this store. We did all the prep work suggested by the store and online and applied the paint. The paint came off in weeks. I reached out to the store and it would not even investigate if the product had issues. The lady kept repeating something irrelevant to the discussion and diverting the topic.

I tried calling you yesterday but there was a call waiting for more than 7 mins and then I had to give up.

As you can see they are not bothered about customers and when you call no one picks!!?

I would like to give a huge shoutout to both Any and Trevor. I had a recent “wrong color paint” emergency. Within minutes before closing time on a Friday, they were kind enough to help us find the perfect color for our new home. They even stayed late to make sure that we got it today. What a great experience.

I've done so many great projects lately... painting furniture, drop zone, garage door..and the really nice folks at this store always make it easy. I don't know which type of paint to use, just the color. So I totally depend on this store's help and they are always awesome.

The staff is great. I was offered help within minutes of entering the store. She was pleasant, knew her product and asked if i needed brushes or pans without me asking first. Also liked that she left me alone when I needed to think about my paint color. Her teammates were very helpful, they all worked together seamlessly in that I didn't even know my order was being created until they handed it to me. Great customer service all around.
