Very bad experience. Had a long time going to different locations due to I went to this store and they left me waiting and even when I asked the attendant ignored me.I came back today and Pablo treated me in a suspicious manner and very dry like if he’s the one spending money. He was very rude. For sure this is the last time that I go buy paint at this store. It treated me like if I had no value and like if I were a criminal or something else. Very dis polite and disrespectful.

A dependable local location, usually quick service and very friendly. I was once given the wrong paint by accident, and Collin, the Asst. Mgr worked quickly (and was incredibly polite!!) to solve the problem. I highly recommend this location.

Had to buy paint for wife's project. Painter suggested this place for paint. I never buy this brand of paint. So we will see if it lasts as long and as well as the last paint did. Service was adequate, seemed very laid back with no motivation. They did have everything that we needed and Andre helped take all 30 plus gallons of paint, out to the truck and loaded it. Points for Andre.Hope the project goes as smoothly. Paint sure has gone up in price, like it's made from gold.

We shopped here twice to get samples, and then buy the paint. Andres helped us both times and he was great. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make all our decisions. He also speaks Spanish which was helpful. I highly recommend shopping here, it was a great experience and Andres was awesome.

Just wait your turn. They didn't disappoint. I have been here twice, now since becoming a property manager. I was sent to them from my local SWS. Both times, now they were worth the trip. First time they matched a textured paint for one of my decks. They took great time in slowly testing the color from light to dark til it was a prefectly match. Today Cara, and Sid went above and beyond. My project is restoring a soon to be vacant rental property 2,100sf. Cara was very knowledgeable and helpful with my transaction. If you manage several properties. They can make your life easier. Be sure to ask about company discount. I highly recommend this store for their knowledgeable staff and professional customer service. Speed not so much.lol.So wait your turn.LSM

Worst customer service ever at this Albemarle store. No one wants to help out and they don’t know what is what. Cristian was the only person that was very helpful but was transferred to another store.
