I’m not sure what is going on here lately. It’s Saturday on a big promo weekend and they have only 1 person working. I ordered paint online and paid in advance 3 days ago and had to stand in line forever to pick it up. And guess what I found when it was finally my turn at the counter - they still hadn’t worked on the order! It used to be ok here so will give it one more chance but they seem to be on the downhill. Why allow ordering ahead if they aren’t going to do it until you get there anyway?

Great store. They always have all paint selections. If they dont have it, they will pick it up for you. Staff are always friendly and very helpful

This will be my 2nd review on SW paint stores in the past week so that makes me seem either1) weird2) paid by SWNumber 1 might be true but…definitely not paid by SW. ok so here’s the thing. Customer service died in the pandemic. Truly. Most places have employees who are apathetic at best. Not this paint store I am happy to report!Hailey, the mgr is super helpful and she recommended not only what we needed but was super quick and efficient. And she’s very sweet and upbeat too. It’s so refreshing when someone is knowledgeable and friendly. Casey was also on the ball. The store was spotless, well stocked and organized. Many claps for this location! My project is almost done but I frequent paint stores a lot for my work and I’ll definitely be back to the Selwyn location!

Not a very good customer experience.I accidently ordered online to.this location and had to.call because I never got a email confirmation which I saw as a red flag especially since the guy said your order came in overnight I laughed and said no it didn't I placed it this morning..The people at this location are not friendly at all they need some good customer service classes no good morning considering people spending money right now is a want not a need during a pandemic I would expect much better customer service like the one near ny house on pecan they are excellent.

President trump announced that no more than 10 people should be gathering together, yet Sherwin Williams won't close their doors. For a company whose motto is "safety first", you are only thinking about money and not the safety of your employees and customers. Closing early isn't going to do anything. Sherwin needs to close like all other places where 10 or more people could gather. We are quarantined for a reason- COVID. I'm staying in my home all day but my husband comes back from work with who knows what germs. Sherwin, stop being money greedy and start taking care of your employees.
