This store on East Blvd. and Sherwin Williams corporate is just horribly pitifully rediculously eyegauging awful. Their website ordering/computer system is a complete hot mess with orders getting shipped to the wrong stores and orders being filled incorrectly. When you ask the store to correct THEIR mistake they become combative and tell you that they don't make mistakes. If you try to ask Sherwin Williams corporate for assistance because the store isnt helping that's where things get even worse. The corporate no customer service agents just send you right back to the same store that was the problem to begin with. My experience with them shows that Sherwin Williams has no idea how to operate a business. At this point I am left to switch my business to Benjamin Moore stores for peace of mind and reliability. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company since this is my only recourse. I would have preferred to have the issue resolved with Sherwin Williams directly but they can't even figure out how to do that correctly either. Run Far Away From Sherwin Williams and Save Yourself a Lot of Pain and Suffering!

This is a great store — we have come here for more than 5 years to gain inspiration through the paint chip wall. The team is great at advising around which paint type is best for your project at hand. There are sometimes even deals/discounts you can receive by email. And by setting up a SW profile, you can find paint color selection history should you ever need more paint. Another thing to note is that there are wallpaper swatch books at this store that you can check-out. (Only downside is it is getting harder to find wallpaper installers in Charlotte.)

I can’t speak more highly about this store and it’s employees! I would never even consider going to another paint store. I had recently moved to Charlotte and needed to paint the interior/exterior of my new home. This was a very overwhelming task for me and everyone in this store was beyond helpful! Big Jeff, the master of paint color, is the most kind and talented man in the business! He assisted me with picking out every paint color I used in my home and would make custom colors as well. He even helped pick out my wood stains for my front door and hardwood floors. These guys also saved my tail from a disaster I had experienced with a contractor refinishing my hardwood floors. Johnni, the sales rep, met me at my home to overlook what was going on with this contractor and immediately put me in touch with someone else. I can not thank Johnni and Big Jeff more for everything they did for me during my first home renovation. The manager, Stuart, is also just as wonderful! Again, I can’t speak more highly about this store and everyone in it. I have never experienced customer service like this in any store/industry. Do yourself a favor and go see them!!!

I enjoyed visiting your store. Bob was extremely helpful in my purchase of the paint color I chose. He offered to carry the gallon of paint to my vehicle. I appreciate his professionalism and excellent customer service.

My husband and I are renovating our new house and had the daunting task of picking paint colors. If you’ve picked paint colors, you know how stressful it can be. Luckily, we met Jeff at this East Blvd location store and experienced the best customer service we’ve ever had! Jeff is extremely knowledgeable on all things paint and made the process very enjoyable. He explained how the colors are mixed and which ways they lean on the color scale and was very patient with all of our questions. 10/10 recommend this store and working with Jeff!

Wish I could rate this store a zero, I am a professional painter of over 10 years so i go to multiple Sherwin William’s every day and this one by far has the worst customer service. Employees (Donald) are rude and unhelpful. Had an attitude the minute I called for an order and even worse in person. Do yourself a favor and drive to another location. Not worth the headache

I am a professional painting contractor, Sal’s Quality Painting & Maintenance and been purchasing from Sherwin Williams for over 32 years. I have never had any issues with any of the Sherwin Williams stores I have ever used. From PA, Ohio to South Florida. They have been a great deal of help whenever I need product advice. Personalized attention means a lot!! I really appreciate each and every person who is with Sherwin Williams. Thank you for such a great job!! Keep up the awesome work!!

Super friendly staff who really knows their stuff. Didn't feel pushed, or like they were trying to upsell me on anything. Definitely suggest buying paint here over lowes!
