I had some damage in my home & hired a company to handle mitigation & repairs. I was told to "get some paint" but had no idea how much, what kind, etc. I know absolutely nothing about paint! I stopped in to Sherwin-Williams and knew the color I wanted but that was all. The 2 people behind the counter asked all of the right questions & were able not only to recommend the type of paint to get but how much as well...and they were right on the mark. I was surprised by how quickly they brought the paint out as well. Highly recommend

It’s always such a wonderful experience at this store! From the manager, Valery, to her other incredible store associates, everyone is so kind and helpful! We’ve especially loved admiring all of the creative decorations that were put up in the last few weeks!

Really nice store, I came to the store to get a color match and they were very quick and helpful. I spoke with Andy and he was able to help me find the right brushes for the job too! Even when I didn’t see them out on the shelf, really helpful guy.

I get all my paint at this Arboretum location . The workers there are always friendly and they really helped us with numerous samples to find a color. I find them also helpful with specials and pricing . So convenient!

Even though the store was clean, and Danielle was super pleasant, they didn't offer the paint that my painter said I needed. I had to travel to another store just to get the brand of paint called Painters Edge. I'm disappointed that the store closest to me wouldn't carry the paint, but I would definitely come back for the service.

I have been to this store many times throughout the years and customer service was always amazing. Today, Aug 2 at 9:00am, a young woman, short, black curly hair helped me and it was horrible. From my first contact, she was very rude and short and made it clear I was taking her time. After I ordered my paint, she put a bucket and a gallon on a trolley and gave me one to carry, when usually they put everything on the trolley, went to my car and left them in the curb, I asked if I could see the color of my paint, she got mad, opened the bucket, showed it to me and then closed the lid mad and violently and the paint flew all over and stained my clothes, I was not wearing paint clothes, so know my clothes are ruined. Not even a sorry, walked back inside and left everything in the curb. Every time I have purchase paint, the employee has helped me place the big bucket in my car. Not sure if it was just a bad day for her or she didn’t like me, but she was very rude, short and made sure I knew she didn’t have the time, patience and didn’t care to help me.
