There were two women working this morning 3/17/2024. I spoke to the first woman and asked a question and she turned away without acknowledging me or my question. I found my product and the lady behind the counter when I spoke and asked for an amount in gas didn’t speak either. Then I asked about the restroom she remained silent. She then stared at me while I pumped my gas while speaking to the other employee in store. Very mean spirited and rude ppl allowed to work here.

Called to find out if they carried a certain item I purchase frequently since my regular store is temporarily closed. You would have thought that I was starting a conspiracy when I asked for the price. Refused to tell me the price. Wanted to find a store to frequent often for gas and purchases but it seems they are not very customer friendly. I can't wrap my brain around my conversation with Shell employee and manager as to why it was such a big deal. Oh well....I just called the Love's store across the street from them and they carry what I need. Love's employee told me they carried the item, price and even suggested I get a Love's discount card to help reduce my purchase and gas total. I guess I'll be scratching my head about Shell's secrecy for a little while. Lol. Can't get customers being like that, at least not repeat customers. Told my son about Shell and he said..."that's the weirdest thing I've ever heard...you sure you heard them correctly?" LOL. A real shame that over a little crazy interaction like this, Shell lost customers x 3 that would have stopped in every week.
