The cashier is stupid and ignorant, the Indian man, he treats people badly and yells at them when the people has doubts about the real cost of the products because they put misleading prices. I do not recommend using that gas station to nothing.

I live by this station. The workers are always kind. The problem is the owners, I went to buy an item and it had went up by 20 cents in a week. I asked the owner's son why. He smiled and told me " it's the holidays". It was something that should not have had a hike in its price for the "holidays". They own the establishment and are greedy. It was apparent he thought I was an unintelligent person. PRICE gouging is real. His greedy smile disgusted me. I guess I will be going else where until after the holidays. The devil knows how to pick them.Also he wears gloves and doesn't think about how he is transferring numerous germs to customers. He only thinks about himself. I've never seen him change those infected gloves.

Has a Krispy Krunchy Chicken and Pizza Hut attached! Friendly staff, bomb a** flavorful chicken!! The biscuits are great, mac and cheese could've been cheesier, and fried chicken was bombbb!

Horrible Experience just to buy Cigars The white lady had the worst attitude I have every witness she was funny acting didn't want to give me a extra grocery bag and she didn't want to give me the manager number nor her name so unprofessional and I'm never coming back I'm going to QT where they no how to treat Customers

The disrespect this white woman head towards a black woman and all I wanna do was buy my stuff and I wanted extra bag. She didn’t want to give me extra bag. She told me that she didn’t have to give me the manager number or her name so I don’t know what her name was or what, but I would not come back to the store.

The older white cashier is rude.. I have beena fuel rewards member for years.. like well over 6 years I k ow how it work but she such a know it all that she messed up their card systems trying to be a smart azz..

White Older Woman With Short Cut/Glasses That I Mistaken For A Male Is Always Rude And Disgusting She Always Has A Issue Giving African American People Tobacco Products Which Is Very Cruel, If You Visit That Shell Please Dont Go While That Unpleasant Woman Is There Which Is In The Mornings You’ll Have The Worst Customer Service Ever Experienced , If You Want A Great Experience Go To In The Evenings Everybody Is Way Nicer Then, I Tried To Make A Complaint Negative Woman Answered The Phone Then Hung Up In My Face, If The Owner Of The Shell Is Reading This Please Give Me A Call Or E-mail I Would Like To Make A Complaint Against Your Employee She’s A Disgrace To The Shell Company, And Please Reselect Your Employee Who Takes The Calls, Because She’s Running Your Customers Away.

The new cashier with the purple hair is incredibly rude! I’m a recurring customer at this gas station as I live nearby, she seemed like she was having a bad day giving me an issue buying a tobacco product when I look well over 25!

They say it's 24 hours but at 11 they were closed they turned the gas pump light off with us still parked out there and it smelled like pot coming the from store

This is a fairly large gas station. They have 16 pumps. It's well lit. The employees are friendly enough. I like the fact that it is still new and clean. They have a lot to offer inside the store.

This is my local corner store where I normally fuel up and grab a case or two of Diet Coke (everyone has their vices). It's a fairly new store right behind Concord Mills on the AMC Theater side and as far as gas stations go, this one is very well kept and clean. The fuel islands are all in working order and fairly fast as far as fueling goes and the trash cans nearby are emptied often. It can be somewhat of a hassle getting out of here if you're trying to turn left back towards I-485 but there is a traffic leading out of Concord Mills that makes it a bit easier. The inside of the store has a good selection of convenience food and drink items as well as your usual general merchandise necessities. For some reason, it seems like Coke/Pepsi is always on sale at these places (when you're buying 2 liters or 6/12 packs, not the convenience 20oz sized). I'm always finding them around the 25 cent per can price so it's always worth going inside to see. Attached to the gas station is a Krispy Krunchy Chicken, a Louisiana favorite that I unfortunately haven't tried yet. Oddly enough, they also serve Pizza Hut and Mooresville Ice Cream, so something for everyone I guess. The staff is very friendly, especially compared to the average gas station experience, so it's always nice to see a smiling face when I walk inside. Between this and a clean, well kept store, they keep me coming back time and time again.
