Every time I come here half the pumps are either bagged off or payment is not working and you have to go inside and wait. It's ridiculous. They actively make it hard to get gas here

I have been in this gas stations several times and the card readers don't work properly most of the time, today was the worst, i try to pay at the pump and my card couldn't be read so i went inside to pay at the cashier and after several attemps using my debit and my 2 credit card ( the three cards were declined) i left the place feeling embarrassed, on my way home i stop at a grocery store and after that i went to pump gas at a gas station right a cross the street from the grocery store and guess what? I paid with my debit card in both places with no issue.I gave two stars just because the staff at this locations are nice, today's cashier even gave my grandson the mood ring he already had in his finger that we couldn't pay for because the issue.

The staff that works there are fairly kind people, however, 2 big issues with the place are out of date products, and their hours. There’s a good chance if you survey any handful of products, you will find something expired. Also I’ve tried to go there several times where they were. “closed” early evening. Door says they close at 10 but I’ve been there at 8 o’clock and now 940 and closed. place is very inconsistent.

Bought a bag of chips that were out of date. Shows you how much is sold here and the lack of care from the business.

This gas station costs 4cents more than a he one across the street. Someone asked my husband for money while he pumped gas, but it's safe. Don't let that concern you.

Nothing stand out about this place. It happened to be convenient for our purposes the other day. Gas prices always seem to be on the high end, you won't be getting any happy deals on gas here. Seems to be fairly well stocked, but you will pay for the convenience.

So pissed! Pumps don't work and went to 2 before leaving. Actually called into the store to make sure my transactions were cancelled because it wouldn't let me cancel!!! Hello...fraud alert! Shell, you're sucking a** and pissing me off. 2nd time I've left because pump wasn't working. I also didn't make convenience store purchases because of it.

Well- this Shell station is still around. Only accessible from east bound traffic. There are 24 pumps, so you shouldn't have to wait to fill up. Or will you...each of the gas pumps that I have used have broken handles. You have to stand there with your hand on the grimy, smelly gas pump handle to fill up your tank. This is inexcusable. The inside is filled with your normal gas station fare + a nice leggings carousel. I would avoid the restrooms unless you just had mexican food down the street and you must. Why do I keep stopping here? Honestly, I forget it's the same Shell until I find my hand glued to the gas pump handle!

Though this place is shiny and new, and perhaps best of all easy to get into and out of, I have to say that I don't use it often. Sad to say, because they might not be there too long. The auto parts store that used be next to them has now gone out of business, and the expansion of Albemarle Road seemed to shutter them for a bit, then they were hit by the gas crisis of 2008. I'm sure that they get a good amount of business from people who are coming home at night on Albemarle Road, but I also have to imagine that they don't get anything in the morning, from people headed to work who don't want to cross over the Albemarle Road. It's going to be interesting to see what happens. Whatever the case, if you're headed by, it's easy to get into and out of the station, as long as you're headed in the correct direction (away from Uptown).
