I don't know when the guy started, but I visited your location on Sharon road & Fairview and I spoke with a clerk named Ray (@ around 1am) and he is absolutely awesome! This guy needs to raise! He not only helped me find what I needed but gave me excellent customer service. You guys are my new go-to! Thanks again

Rob is a 5 star employee. I always go to Shell after getting off work late and that's mainly bc of his exceptional customer service. Rob always goes above and beyond and helps end my day in a good mood after a long shift. He deserves a raise!
