I am so excited to have found this diamond in the rough! Trinity gave me the best mani/pedi ever, then I came back for a fantastic cut/color. And her convenient hours work best for my work hours! Love her!

Horrible experience with this salon….I got my powder nails recommended by THEM saying they will last longer than gel manicure and I ended up getting full brand new set and within 2 weeks my nails started to chip off and when I called them they asked me to come over and said they will fix only the nails that were chipped and when when I went there the person said that it’s already two weeks and I have to pay for full set.(she could have said that over the phone)Complete rip-off and no consideration for their customers and yes I also got my root touch up(grey)…they not only made the roots darker than the actual colour they ended up making my hair rough.Never going to this place again, they have lost a potential client

Let me start off my saying I am BEYOND satisfied with my hair. Trinity did my hair and it looked EXACTLY like the pic I sent her. I got a perm because I was tired of my boring hair before and when I got this perm I was super happy I could not stop smiling. Not only was my perm amazing but my experience was fantastic! Customer service and everything was just A1! Thank you so much ladies ❤️

What a great experience! I was able to book my appointment last min and got in the very next day! Trinity was very thorough and walked me through every step when getting my hair done. After moving to Charlotte, choosing a stylist I could trust was a big deal to me. I had been with the same stylist for almost 20 years prior to moving. Finding Trinity was such a blessing. She listens to my ideas and will gently tell me the best option for my skin tone, underlying roots, hair type, and most importantly, hair health. The salon is always so clean and it’s like going to see family. She does nails and brows as well, so it’s a one stop shop. I love that I know I will always see her for everything and that she knows all about how to deal with my frizzy hair and quirky toes. Her prices are very reasonable. This root melt she did in me today is divine and I’ve had so many compliments. Go check her out!!!

Serenity Salon & Spa provided exceptional customer service! I have been to several salons in Charlotte looking for the right fit and found it with Trinity, at this salon. The staff there is accommodating and wants to make sure you leave a happy customer. I got a gel manicure and she has a vast color selection to choose from. Also, you are encouraged to make appointments so that you can have quality attention to detail. Overall a great addition to South Charlotte and I already booked my next appointment. P.S. Worst service ever. Went in with my mom for pedis and the staff was rude the entire time. Acted like they didn’t want to be there, we’re rough. Water was cold. Do NOT waste your time or money. Staff was even late, equipment not sanitary!!!Service: Pedicures

Friendly and professional. New to the area, I went for a haircut and decided to stay for a pedicure. Both were above my expectations, thanks to Heidi and Thida.NOTE: 3 years later, and I'm still loving Serenity. These 3 women have top notch skills and beautiful personalities. I have moved to SC, but will make the drive because the experience is so pleasant. Love you ladies!
