I have a very hard time finding foundations that match my skin tone and the associate Erica who helped me was able to find a foundation that worked for me and was extremely knowledgeable on the products! I had a great experience and definitely felt welcomed and comfortable in the environment. The cashier who rung me up was also very friendly and kind. Always a great experience at this Sephora location!

Came with my daughter and received no help at all. My daughter and I are not white so we kept getting stares from employees as if we were going to steal something. I take that very offensive as I didn’t come to America just to get disrespected like this. GET BETTER STAFFS!

Terrible staff, employees kept looking at me as if I was trying to steal but I was just browsing like everyone else. As a hispanic woman , I hate seeing another poc being rude for no reason. Felt discriminated and disgusted after leaving store. Won’t be coming back !!

I had my makeup done by Juan for my birthday on the 6th, and let me tell you that man slayyyyyyyyed my face okay. I have never felt so beautiful and sexy in my life. I pray to God that he stays at this location, because I would definitely use him again in a heartbeat. If the owner reads this please know that a very talented MUA makes all the difference. He also has a phenomenal personality, and was lovely to chat with during my session.

I come to this location A Lot! It’s hard for me to be colored match and I’m usually having to return items because they aren’t a true match. Today Kitty helped me and it’s the first time I’ve met her and she was AMAZING! Every time I go to a Sephora someone will help me and then I dk if a manager says something to them, but after awhile they seem to not won’t to help so they can move on to help another person. I understand I am hard to color match, but still it’s not a good feeling to be helped and then the person helping you has to leave because they’ve “spent to much time helping you.” Today Kitty helped me and she literally tried almost every product to find something that works for me! She didn’t rush or leave me to go help with someone else, until I was satisfied with the products we tried and I liked. I’m appreciative of her and from now only will look for her next time I come in!

Went in with my younger daughter and was greeted by Sara. She was so incredibly kind to my daughter that it made my heart happy. We need more people like Sara in this world. She was wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience!

Everyone here is so helpful and kind. Ash(e), helped to trouble shoot with a payment issue I was experiencing, and really went the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed. She was so sweet, and her enthusiasm was off the charts. I wish all shopping experiences were as great as this one was. <3

…so there I was feeling wonderful, on this beautiful sunny day, heading towards one of my favorite places Sephora! ? I’ve never been in a Sephora that wasn’t full of helpful friendly people. Well, there’s a first time for everything and Andrea/Andria at this location made sure of it. I saw her when I first came in, I thought she said hello but when I looked at her she just whizzed by me looking away. I just figured she was helping someone. So about 5 min later I saw her coming directly in my direction so I was like, oh ok she’s free, so I said “hey can…” before I could even finish she flew past me again and hit me with the coldest, most dramatic hair toss and turn and said “I’m on my lunch break” she might as well said “ew” at the end because that’s the face she made with it. I was so shocked I just said “Omg” and stood there frozen…now I understand she’s clearly hungry but what I hate more than anything is poor customer service. You can say “hey, I’m going on lunch but someone else can help you”. I don’t care if the food is bad, the item is out of stock or whatever a case may be when I’m out spending hard earned money but you better not ever have rude service, it’s un called for ESPECIALLY with the amount of money I spend. My first time at this location and I could care less for it so I won’t be back. However, Kristen at the register was so sweet and nice. The 2 stars were for her.
