I had the best experience at this location!! Natalie helped me with my makeup stuff and she knew what she was doing! She was also just so cool and lovely to chat with, 10/10. And then Ollie helped me with my skincare products and questions and they were SO knowledgeable and kind and answered all my questions plus suggested some great stuff that I love so far! Will probably go back soon just because I had such a nice experience.

The black older guy that works there is very rude and dismissive. I’m pretty sure you’ll know who I’m talking about because he’s the only black older guy there, I’m glad someone else was able to help me find what I needed. After him seeing that I told the manager and other people about him, then all of a sudden he wanted to be fake nice and help me. I kindly let him know I was good, you don’t get to be rude for no reason and then when you see I’ve let people know now you want to be nice. All of his coworkers said he had been getting complaints all day.

I love this Sephora!! Everyone is so welcoming and nice, and one of the workers even complemented my shirt as soon as I walked in☺️!! I forgot their name but they were really helpful!! They got my skin match perfectly!! Even helped me out of which powder I should use!! Definitely coming back to this location!!

Dont never really come to this location(southpark) to shop, But i was at the mall so why not which turned out to be my worst sephora shopping experience.. I was looking for perfume to buy and the white tall lady that works there stood there and stared at me creepily... maybe if she just had asked if it was something she could help me with it would have been better...I DONT STEAL!! yes i left out and came right back in just to see and make sure i wasnt wrong..and YUP she came from behind the register to stare again???♀️she dont have to worry about me buying from there..people really do buy things & everyone dosent steal...oh yeah let me remind u i had a very small kate spade cross body purse...so where would i put anything..??♀️, they didnt have what i wanted, But i was just gonna get something else, but she ruined that...I went to VS, then another sephora where its pleasant and the energy dosent scream unpleasant

Super gross facility. Looks like they haven’t cleaned the store in months. The floors have trash all over them. The samples are always dry. Not like this at the other Sephora stores I’ve been to.

I will never return to this location. I was treated as if my experience didn’t matter and my money wasn’t good enough. One associate followed me throughout the whole store. She only stopped following me when another customer asked for help. As I was looking at a product, another associate came down the aisle and said “excuse me” to pass by, but yet the associate and customer stopped in front of me and began to talk about products. Completely acted as if I was invisible or didn’t matter. I put every thing down and left. Never again will I spend my money here!

AJ is the best at that location! I had never shop at Sephora before and been my first time I was surprised how easy it was, AJ was the one helping me and I’m so happy that I got the best customer service experience on my first purchase!

Had a makeup emergency when a diff cosmetic store didn't have a makeup artist on staff. I call here and Brooke picks up, checks with their artist and fits me in. The artist(forgive me if this name isn't 100% correct) Nia listened to me thoughtfully. I have zero know-how on foundation, bronzer,etc and I had family pics in an hour. I told her I wanted a natural look that will photograph well. She exceeded my expectations, gave me tips on the products she used and made me feel heard. I am so happy that she worked with me and helped me feel comfortable in expressing my desires and lack of knowledge.

I just brought a product for my sister birthday and the product looks used and this is the third time it happens! This location needs to stop switching there own items on their way to curbside pick up! It’s a shame!

The worst place ever Do not waste your money here.The staff is Not well trained . An addition management (JOEL) reneged on his promise in a resolution to me . If I was able to do no star I would have!!!! GO TO ULTA

I owe the manager a great review because I called not to long ago with a small issue and you were wonderful then about handling it !! Trina was so helpful! Not only did she immedietly come up to me when I was looking to see who I could get help from, but she was very informative. When I expressed concerns about how a product was for me, she gave me solutions and alternatives. She is so beautiful and her makeup was on point!

I've never seen so many preteen tweens in my life... I'm constantly getting bumped into and impossible to actually shop in there because of all of the chaos that these unsupervised kids are causing. Forget actually getting to try or test something out before you purchase. It's disgusting what those kids do in there to the testers. Meanwhile I see dumb mothers standing in line to buy their 12-year-old and $80 moisturizer. They need to bring in supervised rules in there for kids (under 16)
