Thus I could not move in. I called Extra Space which 1 mile away and Al Knapp could not have bee more helpful in getting me signed up and moved into a unit. “Kody and his team helped me out in a major way! While moving stuff out of my unit my keys (car, house, etc.) fell down the elevator shaft. Kody and his team were on it on calling the elevator company and keeping me informed on status updates including when my keys were free. I was frustrated by the fact my keys were MIA but the team made something frustrating actually bearable and they helped make me laugh about the situation. I truly appreciate them turning lemons into lemonade!”

“Overall they do a great job keeping everything clean for the most part. There is a guy that lives in a front unit though, and there's two guys always standing in front of it, drunk, that yell things at me when I'm entering or leaving. Which I think could make some people uninterested in renting a unit. Other than that place is pretty clean and their is a public restroom.”
