Went to get my oil changed and Inspection. Great customer service, always! I could do without trying to sell me another car, as I fully own mine and do not like to changes to the 24/25 Pilots. And servicing costs are pricey. But, I love this dealership and Honda.

I want to take a minute to thank Anthony for all of his help. It was wonderful knowing that even though we were an hour away, he was willing to take the extra time to send us pictures and videos. When we arrived at the dealership we were pleasantly greeted and he took the time to go over in detail. Showed us multiple options and allow us the time to make the decision on the vehicle we were going to purchase. Financing and paperwork was a breeze and took less time than expected. This is our ninth or 10th Honda, but our first Honda from Scott Clark it will not be our last.

Purchased 2025 Odyssey. Dealer didn’t have the one on stock and was able to get the next day. Salesperson Travis M wasted a ton of time the first night coming back with unacceptable offers. When we walked out and had the car in reverse the sales manager, Robert stopped us with an acceptable offer
The next day when the car arrived Travis called and said we could come up at 12:30 vs the 5pm appt we had made. This was a total waste of our time as he had us sit for 2 hours while the car was in Detail. We had to push to at least see the car. Then further push to go get thru Finance
We did not get out until 4:30pm and that was only because we continued to push
Nice car, fair price - after much haggling. Would not recommend Travis. He spent more time on his phone than trying to get our deal closed
