“Cadence Academy along with Gloria, Ariel and teachers have been pivotal in providing outstanding care to our girls. They have learned so much during their time there and have had such loving teachers who truly care about their development and well being. We were always provided with regular updates and photos throughout the day and our girls were always coming home with art projects and fun stories about what they learned. they were so excited to share the happenings of their day and I was consistently impressed with what they were doing. I would highly recommend this school to anyone interested they truly care about the children and their family”

“My son has attended TLE since he was 3 and we are headed to kindergarten in the fall. The teachers dedication to the children, the curriculum, and the support provided by the administrative staff has made our time at TLE great. Ms. Connie Sherlock, the pre-k teacher is hands down a true gem and I am so thankful my son has her. She demonstrates a true passion for teaching, she loves her students, and they all absolutely adore her. Leaving TLE will be bittersweet but I am grateful for our time here as this school created a foundation of learning for my child.”

“This daycare has done wonderful things for my three year old. She began speaking more often and louder within a week of starting here. Her level of independence is skyrocketing. They spend individualized timing getting to know each student and tailoring curriculum to support areas of growth. In addition, they have video streaming so you can check in on your child throughout the day. Daycares in Charlotte are expensive, Kids R Kids offers competitive pricing and we feel like we get A LOT for it. We highly recommend this center!

“Searching for daycares and making sure you’re making the right decision is a job itself. Before choosing this daycare last year we met with Mrs. Veronica (Director). She is very welcoming and answered all million of our questions. There’s a few things I like about this school that most don’t offer. Just to name a few, this is a smaller setting school which allows the teachers to teach and focus more with each child, they hold a 5 star license and scored a 235/235 sanitation score with the state. And most importantly my kid enjoys this school, met friends and learn something new everyday.

Ms. Shanti, Ms. Justyce and Ms. Latesha are super sweet and it shows they love what they do.

Needless to say, baby #2 will be enrolled here thanks to Mrs. Veronica (Director) and Mrs. Ieisha (Director).”

“I am a picky helicopter parent. I’ll admit it! We tried four different highly rated daycares in the Ballantyne area, but never felt like our son was truly cared for. Not until we found Rachel and her staff at Ballancrest Academy.Family like cultureRachel takes care of the staff and creates a family like culture. The teachers are happy, passionate and committed. There is very low turnover. And because of that, staff truly got to know my son and treated him as an individual. So many emotions from teachers on graduation day since many of them, like Ms Margaret, Ms Zoi, Ms Kristy, etc had watched them grow from infants to kindergartners. (Ps. You all did a great job making graduation a special day for parents. Thank you!!)NutritionChef Robin curates balanced and thoughtful meals that are healthy, packed full of fresh veggies/fruit but also delicious. Often, I copied the menu for my own lunch ideas! One chilly morning, I commented on how wonderful lunch smelled. Chicken noodle soup and oranges. Chef Robin said she wanted to make sure the kids were getting extra immune fighting ingredients, just like her mother used to do for them growing up. So sweet.EducationWith a background in education, Rachel was focused on making sure our son was prepared for kindergarten. In fact, he knew how to spell his first/last name better in preK and back tracked a bit in actual kindergarten! Rachel organized several partners to come in regularly - like music man, Spanish, or go fit kids - as well as guests - like local dentists, doctors, fire department, etc. They prioritized outdoor time, often having lessons on the playground. I love the “experiments” they created to support hands on learning - like “sink or float”.Last, it’s just fun. My son loved going to school every day. Which made dropping him off that much easier.If you too are a picky helicopter parent looking for an organized and caring staff committed to the health, education and development of your child, HIGHLY recommend Ballancrest.”

“Goddard School Mallard Creek has been the best investment into my child's education. He has been there since he was 11 months and will be in kindergarten next year and he is more that ready. He knows all his letters in and out of order as well as their sounds. He can count to 100. At Goddard they have had my son doing many STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) projects that are fun and easy for him to understand. My son loves going to school and his teachers are so kind and compassionate while still having high expectations for him.”

“While in the process of relocating, my mother performed tours at several daycares throughout Charlotte. The first thing she told me after her visit to Dogwood was, "Every other place is fine but Dogwood isn't just a great daycare, it's a school." Our daughter (19 Mos.)has currently been attending Dogwood Lane for a year and her development has been leaps and bounds above what we could hope for. The level of care and attention to detail from everyone at DLCA is second to none. The owners are their daily to support the staff, the children and their families. The staff are not only focused on child development and safety but keep an open line of communication with us parents. I am truly grateful to DLCA for also going above and beyond during Covid. They have rolled out policies that are thoughtful and well communicated and not once have I felt that my daughter or my family is at risk under their care. Kudos to the entire DLCA team!”

From the time my son was four months old until now, he has received the care, support and structure to aid in his development. He is well-loved and it shows in his excitement to leave for daycare in the mornings. Everyone greets us with smiles as we walk in and calls my son by name. It's always the warmest reception.The director, Mrs. Brandi Hunter, leads by example and provides the tough love that encourages everyone to be better. Her heart for teaching overflows into her conversations with parents, as she is eager to talk with us and to further our understanding on a variety of topics. “I have to give 5 stars to the entire staff right now.Octavia is just AMAZING!About 6 months ago I was helping my daughter to look for a new daycare for my grand babies. I'm so happy we were patient & it didn't work out. Not even a month later the entire old staff is gone, the whole feel has changed. The teachers are smiling & speaking to parents, welcoming the kids at the door (no crying from either child) feels so good to head to work knowing they're good.Next the stop the office, every morning there's a snack at the desk for us (which I love). While attending a wedding reception I was overwhelmed with holding both my 3 year old AND 1 year old in my lap (of course they both had to have attention at the same time) Mrs. Star noticed me and asked "can I help you" I could have cried, right there... but I said "yes" instead. They truly enjoy every day here. It also should be noted that PRKC have done an extraordinary job going above and beyond during these COVID times during very difficult circumstances, but that was no surprise to me. “My daughter has been attending Skyers since she was 15 months old. She is a COVID baby, so she wasn’t very sociable and had no interest in interacting with the other students. But from Day one her teachers embraced her and made her feel comfortable. She is now 3 years old and can’t stop taking about all her best friends at school. My husband and I love this place because they really are like family. Kassidy has a special bond with all of the teachers, even the ones that haven’t taught her. They have all contributed to her sense of security and educational development. We love Skyers because they love her.
