Carlos is an excellent employee! He went above his duty to help me get my key fob that I accidently vacuumed up! He has great character that he can build on with the right opportunities. I like this car wash a lot!

When in for a wash today and the young man that Directs your car in to the wash was absolutely horrible no eye contact because he has on very dark shades And his hand motion is to a very minimum. I was very upset Scratched my wheel Going into the wash management. Please teach your employees to do better. I would like for manager to please contact me. I am a sam express monthly passholder thank you

Seems like this is the only location I have to go through the car wash twice... As it doesn't seem to be enough soap used when getting the pre wash and going through car wash. It just seems like they are washing the car with water... I want to actually see the soap and bubbles when going through the car wash so I know my car is getting cleaned.
I attached a picture of another location and this is what I don't see at this location.

They watch you use there tire shine and how you clean your car after the wash. If you pay 10 for a car wash you are not aloud to use to much tire shine. Ridiculous!

The Car Wash is terrific! The best package is there 35.00 package. However they have a 25.00 package that's just as good if you do not want the 35.00 package.
