Claudia was the lady working the register and she was VERY RUDE. I purchased a cup of ice, Gatorade and gave her two winning lottery tickets. Instead of her giving me my money, she told me that I owed her 6cents, I gave her a dime and she gave me back 5cents. I asked her, are you going to give me my money from the winning lottery tickets and she tells me no, she just took it out of what was owed to the register. I asked her, we’re you not going to even ask me did I want to do the transaction that way and she proceeds to tell me that…She could do it all over if I wanted but she has a line and if I would like to speak with her manager who was working the register beside her then I could and walked off. I give Claudia an “F” and you all should hire people that have better customer service experience.

Thank you to the always friendly employees and owner! I go out of my way to come to this place instead of other convenience stores near me. What really inspired me to write this review was the employee who gave her boss/the owner such kind compliments to me. Any owner who gets compliments from their staff deserves all the praise.

lady that work the day shift, she has blond short hair and heavy set and short, I want into the store yesterday 12/14/2020 to get a price check on an item ( alcoholic beverage) the rude customer service cashier lady proceeded to ask me for my ID, I asked her why do I have to give her my ID if I’m just asking for a price check? Great business with great employees. But the employees do not wear masks, despite the NC statutory mask mandate, and the management does not enforce it for customers or employees. It is endangering the safety and livelihood of the employees and the public and is very irresponsible behavior in the middle of a global pandemic. I don't feel safe shopping there anymore, even though I have always loved going in there.

Also, they sell fresh food that is exposed to the air. How can I feel safe if no one is wearing masks and they are selling fresh food? Very dangerous. I love this place! Right next to my work, so super convenient for grabbing a snack during the day or gas on my way home. The staff has changed a few times, but the changes have been for the better to help the store run more professionally in my opinion. I enjoy getting to know the new one's that come aboard since I work right next door! Everyone is always friendly and the food/ snack choices have definitely been upgraded :)

Very loud music being played. Not everyone cares to hear it. No matter what kind they are playing. The guys in there could care less about the customers. Singing loud while attempting to cash out customers. Playing music with cursing in it. Very unpleasant visit mark this one off list as one NOT TO STOP IN.
