We used the floor mat machine and unbeknownst to the whole staff at 11 am there were 3 mats stuck in the machine and the machine was broke. I was given a claim form because I was told “We will pay for tearing your property “ Kendall( the manager) called and withdrew responsibility because of the price to replace it. In short, terrible management. Don't use the mat machine or anything that might require the staff's attention.

My day starts very early. So it is difficult to find places open before 6 am. I generally stop by at 4 am. I attempted to go to Sam's given that they claim to be open 24/7. It has not been open once in the 3 weeks I have stopped by hoping to get my morning vices. Here I am again. Closed. Knocked on the door. Employee came to door with the same tired reason "system needs to reboot." I asked him if they are open 24/7. He yelled "yes" through the locked, closed door. I get the feeling that the convenience stores on that road don't understand the concept of 24/7. Because not one of them is actually open 24/7. Don't say you are open 24/7 when in fact your location is not open 24/7.

I really like you guys, and you shine in all areas but if your gonna be open 24 hours, and have staff inside, it's pointless if they block the door with cones and props and don't let anyone in. A drive was wasted because of that. Why pay the guy if he's gonna barricade the door so people can't go in and call yourselves 24 hour. Kinda makes no sense.

Terrible cashiers. Hard to get them to even bag your stuff. Lazy. For people in customer service it might be a good idea to leave all the attitude about having to work at the door.

I went to go put gas I was on empty and paid inside asked to fill pump #4 with $25 when I walked back I saw the lady put it on #5 so I moved my car to pump #5 because nobody was there just to not be a hassle! When going there my gas wouldn’t pump! Went back in and she said my gas was stolen which isn’t possible because I was the only person there at the time asked to speak to a manger and wasn’t apologized to just got a big shrug!!!! Told me to come back in the morning there wasn’t an explanation for anything! I’ll be going in the morning hopefully we can get this issue resolved if not I’ll leave this review up!

Supposed to be open 24 hours, go to the door sign says “closed for restock” meanwhile they in the back smokin weed… never be here in case of an emergency for sure…

I absolutely hate going to this location now. There is a new guy that is so argumentative for no reason. I’m just ringing up my items trying not to engage but he finds something. It’s repulsive. Publicly berating customers- predator behavior. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store.

The gas price at the pump is higher than what the sign says. It says 1.81 but the pump says 1.99 so i left and got gas at lake wylie for 1.63. FALSE ADVERTISING. After seeing all the horrible reviews it was worth the drive.
