Accused of having a fake ID by a manager named Terry (27 years old with a valid drivers license) and refused service due to not having “blue dots” on the back of the license. Then proceeded to be rude and taunt me for being “young” stating “ I can refuse any customer I want whenever I want”

This store is always clean and neat. The restrooms are outside but are the cleanest in the city! Staff is busy but nice and competent. The car wash is clean and very busy!

This place should be shut down. Disgusting and some of the rudest employees I've ever run into. This gas is way too high , it's one of those gas stations where the gas is 50 cents more expensive than all others in the city. The employees are scary most of them are sketchy as hell. There's one creepy guy named Rick that works there too. This place needs to be demolished.

The majority of the time when I come here I want to pay cash for my gas... Both doors are locked the majority of the time and no one is inside. I come here a lot and its so frustrating that this happens so often. So a lot of the time I leave with no gas and have to go to a gas station out of my way.

I went here late at night to get some wraps. mind you, I'm writing this review during the coronavirus pandemic while we have horrible numbers and high deaths. I'm also a germaphobe. I went to use my debit card and the reader looked disgustingly dirty. It was literally covered in dust and some sort of weird residue. I told the cashier I wasn't comfortable touching the screen especially with the pandemic and asked if there was anything I could use a touch it like a pen or receipt paper or anything else besides my finger. He told me no. I was forced to touch the disgustingly dirty screen and when I asked for hand sanitizer and I told him that it needed to be clean he cussed me out. I told him we were in a pandemic and that it was really dirty and disgusting and needed to be cleaned and then he told me he was wearing a mask so it didn't matter. The man working had gray hair he was old probably in his 50s or 60s.

Just visited the store. I just want to say that the sweet lady behind the counter is an asset to your store. I didn't get her name, but she was working today at 9 am.

Harrisburg NC location asked a Harrisburg deputy to leave today because he said the Deputy was making people uncomfortable! Will no longer do business with this company!

This Sams Mart is a convenience store and is also selling Shell products. The gas is far from cheap but inside, they have very narrow aisles dense with snacks, drinks and an ATM that's in my network. Free cash? Yes, please. This is not one of the "new breed" of convenience stores but it's definitely convenient and the pump area is covered. There is also a car wash. Very poor attitude from the cashier. I requested a cup for coffee. She was very blunt. I understand that the store was out of cups but her attitude was flippant and showed no concern for the customer

It's tiny, but you know what? That's all this busy stretch of Myers Park needs. Just a spot to grab gas, cold drinks, and smokes. One word of warning: if you're claustrophobic, you might not want to walk inside this place. Also, because of its size and prime real estate location, it can be hard hard to get in and out here. Just make sure to be a little extra cautious.

There is a great employee there by the name of Richard I had the pleasure of meeting him as I passed thru Charlotte he was very friendly and most helpful!!!! I honestly thought he was the manager good job RICHARD you ROCK!!!!!!
