Came here on a Wednesday and got excellent service from Michelle Michelle works in the bakery. She went over and beyond and gave me wonderful customer service with a smile. My experience was phenomenal.

I enjoy this store. Friendly staff. Good deals. Always stocked. No surprise why it's pretty packed every single day lol I do not care for the gas. It burns out really quickly.

Why do I have to give even one star? This place is ALWAYS out of pizza at 4 and 5pm Like you guys know that most ppl get off work at that time Have pizza ready! What the Hell!?!

Sans club is a weekly stop for my family of 6. Buying things in bulk helps us save money. They always have great finds there as well. I always feel like I am getting a great deal when I shop there.I LOVE the app. I use it to checkout and skip the long lines. They also have great pizza at the cafe. The best rotisserie chicken in the meat department. Their croissants are the best I have found at a grocery store. Sams club is a great place to shop!!!

I'm not a member of this location but i wouldn't like to be , I do insta cart part time and as you know we have to get the items scan them and check them out in a timely manner when I went to this location the first time I was having issues figuring out how to check out since it was my first time shopping there I attempted to checkout by myself but the machine wasn't taking my the membership card so I looked around to see if someone could assist me and not only did I get ignored for the first 5 mins like literally employees walking past me as I'm looking behind me in the self checkout and everyone is waiting on me which made me anxious and frustrated finally I got someone to help and they sent me to member services but the overall customer experience is terrible they aren't very urgent and extremely unprofessional Now I excepted another order for insta cart this time i went to self checkout with the barcode I needed to scan and the insta cart pay card, as I was trying to check out I got an error message saying they can't take my form of payment which was very frustrating I looked around for someone to assist once again and literally was ignored so I headed over to member services like I did before and the line was very long I stood their patiently for 20-30 mins and when I finally got to the front and explained to the cashier the situation at hand she practically spoke to me as if I didn't know how to operate self checkout and then tells me to go back to the self checkout line or one of the registers and the lines were so long for absolutely no reason annoyed I said no I've been waiting to get checked out since the machine won't take the payment I only had 5 items, her other coworker advised her to just check me out and it was obvious that she had an attitude and she tells one of the other workers that i didn't want to stand in line which wasn't the case at all and this location is by far the worst customer service I've experienced and I will no longer be accepting orders for this location what I advise is for the management to coach their employees on empathy and patience and willingness to assist the customer which they lacked a lot of this was not a good experience both times I accepted an order from this location and I will not be returning or requesting a membership of any sort

My low rating is due to Sams Club Plus membership free delivery. Besides that the delivery NEVER comes on the day that is stated but several times now I had bizarre incidents and never received my delivery. One incident involved the driver saying my items were "delivered" when they absolutely were not. I had to call customer service, spend a lot of time on the phone getting the order info together etc. Everything was eventually resolved with a refund but incredibly time consuming trying to let them know my items were actually not delivered. The latest bizarre issue was the app stating "attempted delivery: refused," which was absolutely incorrect!! So another 30 minutes wasted trying to get this resolved and get a refund! And now the items needed were really needed and I had to get them anyway (toilet tissue, baby wipes etc. This one really got me. Sams delivery is definitely fraught with major issues and sadly you have to constantly monitor your items to make sure they are delivered properly and the driver is accurate with their statements. Gonna cancel. Don't have time to deal with this. Only positive was customer service was apologetic and helped get my money back but who has time for that?

I had some concerns about tires I purchased from Sam's and shared my concerns with Johnny and James in the automotive dept. Both were friendly and professional and were able to immediately address my concerns. Should I have automotive needs in the future I will definitely return to them.

When I need items in bulk, Sam's club is my go to place. They have a vast selection of products and many well-known name brands. I've been a member here for many years and plan to continue to be a member for many more years. I've purchased tires and batteries from the automotive center, and the staff and service was top notch. I also work nearby and often frequent the café for lunch as their pizza is hard to beat for the price! Their meat department is very good and has a great selection, I always find some good to take home. My wife recently special ordered some cupcakes from the bakery and the order was correct as well as delicious! I'm also very happy about their addition of a gas station, the price is better than all of the other local gas stations, making my club membership that much more valuable. I'd definitely recommend Sam's club if you are looking for a membership to one of the big name warehouse clubs.

I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears but I am reaching out anyway. I placed an order on 11/26 to be delivered to my home. At one point it said that it was out for delivery. When it was a couple of hours beyond the delivery time I checked the status online again just to find out that it had been cancelled and returned to the store. I did an online chat with a very friendly man who said he wasn't able to see what had gone wrong with the order but issued me a $10 gift card and told me I would get my refund in 5 - 7 days. The refund time time is RIDICULOUS! You take payment immediately...you can return it immediately! I checked my bank account today and Sam's is STILL holding my money! I will be posting about this experience everywhere I can find a platform. This happened to me a couple of orders ago and, a time before that, I had a driver insist that I come down and get my order...I wasn't home and he berated me telling me that I had wasted his time. My membership expires on December 8. I'm sure Sam's doesn't care at all about my 1 membership but I won't be renewing.

I had a good experience this past Friday it was a lot of people in the store! But I checked out with Pia and Lamar he was sweet I had a good personality and packed my cart well. Pia had great customer skills and was also great! As always I love this club.

I have a very negative experience with at this location with Darlene. She was extremely rude to me because I still have a basic membership card, EVEN THOUGH I AM A PLUS MEMBER. The associate never gave me a new card when she upgraded me a few months ago. Darlene tried to embarrass me In front of other customers and club associates. She insisted I couldn't go in because I wasn't a plus member. I continued to get my cart and when I tried showing her on my phone, she ignored and told me to go. When I asked her for her name, she laughed and walked away. I asked her co worker for her name and said they are not required to give those out. I ended up getting their name from their manager. The store manager was also there, but they don't bother to discuss guest experiences. Absolutely horrible.

I travel 30 weeks out of the year for work.i always use Sam's gas stations for cheaper gas and safety. This one was almost 10 cents higher than the station next to my hotel less than 2 miles away, TERRIBLE.

Three decades of sporadic visits to Sam's Club's in several areas of the country and in another State during COVID pandemic. Visited this one post pandemic (2022) and this location is absolutely disappointing. They are constantly out of stock of many items, which is odd considering another nearby location had everything. I wondered if this location is closing. The food court was closed. There were no openings in schedule for pickup which became a non-factor since many items were and continue to be out-of-stock. I prefer the other warehouse "C" but it was farther from location. After a few attempts to give this SC location a try, I will opt to go out of the way to "warehouse shop" elsewhere.

I am so sick and tired of this Sam's Club. Everytime I go there, I go in the door and have to go back out the door because there are no shopping carts. What's up with that? Any other Sam's Club I've been to has shopping carts available. This is thee most ghetto Sam's Club. Also, what's the point of ordering online when you have to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the area where you pick your up? The lines are always backed up, and parking spots are slim. I went there yesterday and of course, there were no shopping carts available. I just turned around, went back to my car, got in and left. This Sam's Club used to be convenient; now it's just a pain in the a** to go there. It's hardly worth anymore, especially in view of how much they've raised the prices on everything. Any other Sam's Club I've gone to is always better that this ghetto store.
