July 2023 - Bleach and tone: Came out BEAUTIFUL. Expensive! $340. Medium length hair and already bleached 2 times by me (I couldn't get the yellow out and was afraid to mess the back of my head up).
April 2024 - Requested to see KAREN who, back in July helped the stylist doing my hair with the COLOR I was after.

She is TRULY TALENTED with COLOR and artistry. I don't have a clue how she did it, but she made my hair also appear highlighted! The color is perfection! I like the Ombre, dark roots to my nearly platinum blonde lengths, she gave me a root color that isn't as dark as I like, but the color she gave me matched all my grays! It's stunning! It's BETTER than what I had envisioned in my mind!
KAREN LISTENED to my concerns and what I KNOW about my own hair! I'm a MUTT with two textures of hair from my ethnicity, it takes well to all thrown at it however, it WILL break and be horrifically damaged if product is left in for "normal" amount of times. Karen left the product in my hair WAY longer than I would dare and be left with that dreaded yellow my hair is do found of, but she must have used a very low volume to slowly melt out the pigments from my hair. My hair is healthy and undamaged!
Don't care HOW she works her magic, magic isn't meant to be discovered or understood, rather just to be amazed at!
Also, Karen did NOT use a lot of product in my hair, cost out the door with Karen $285 HER TALENT & TIME IS WELL WORTH IT!

Kaylee was an absolute joy cutting my hair. She was engaging in conversation, was thorough in asking what I wanted done, and very skilled with the actual haircutting process. 10/10, will definitely ask to have her cut my hair again.

Kaylee is truly the most talented hair stylist I’ve ever met. She’s been doing my hair for almost 3 years now and she always does an amazing job. She also always makes sure that my hair is staying healthy while I’m with her, and since I have thin hair I’ve always worried about damaging it with color, but since seeing Kaylee my hair has been looking healthier and feeling so much stronger. I don’t trust anyone else to do my blonde, or even my haircuts. If you're looking to get any color done, or even just strengthen your hair, Kaylee is your go to!
And did I mention that she always does a great job of creating a comfortable and relaxing environment! I always have a pleasant experience and I honestly can’t wait to go back!

This was my first time at this salon, but not my first time with my stylist. I followed Kaylee from her previous salon, and there's a reason for that! She's been doing a wonderful job on my hair for quite awhile now. She always listens to what my ideas are, and then gives a clear plan on how to achieve those hair goals. She's very thoughtful about the integrity of my hair and takes great care of it! I have gone very light blonde now with fun colors added in, and my hair is healthy and strong even after all the bleaching. Plus, She's super fun and great to chat with while sitting in the chair!

My honest review with a letter system.
Booking: A
I called and it was easy to book. There was an appointment for less than a week later which was perfect.
Salon ambiance: A.
It was spacious with enough room between each chair. There was 2000's music playing. It was clean: someone was coming around sweeping up hair and picking up dirty towels frequently. It was a nice facility.
The service: A-
I got a highlight and haircut. It was a typical service for what i wanted. She washed my hair and even curled it which was nice. She was a little rough when pulling out the foils and I was in pain for some of the time lol.
The product: D+
It had been a while since i had gotten highlights and i told her I wanted to go a lot lighter. She told me she wasn't going to be able to get me as blonde as I wanted, it would take a few sessions. I appreciated having that heads up, but then once I got home, it didn't really even look like much was done besides a root touch up. People I see daily didn't even notice I had gotten anything done. I also didn't ask for layers and my hair is not all the same length.
Price: D-
I was appalled with the price. When I called, I asked how much the service I wanted would be and she couldn't give me an exact price but she said they have different levels of experience starting at $150. I opted for the middle level so was expecting to pay between $150-$200. When I checked out, it was $290 before tip just for a highlight and trim. She also told me she would put a bottle of conditioner she wanted me to use up at the front for me. She never asked me if I wanted it or anything, so I expected a sample bottle for cheap or complimentary. When checking out, I noticed on my bill it was a $40 bottle and I was upset that I was never given the option to not purchase it, so just be careful of that. So after tip and this product, it was $400 for a product I wasn't even exactly happy with. Because of this, I will not be returning.

I have very curly hair and had bad cut prior to coming here. Kaylee did an amazing job and my curls look better than ever. She also helped me figure out how to style my curls too. The salon was very nice and everyone was friendly. I felt very comfortable there, and rebooked.

Had an amazing experience with Kaylee, a color magician who touched up my roots, added highlights as well as a pop of pink to the tips. I have been getting a ton of compliments! I will definitely be coming back.

Great salon. Super nice people. I’ve been seeing Kaylee for a while now and she is always fantastic. I highly recommend her. I have long, thick hair, and have went through a few color changes (brown, auburn, red). She always does a great job with cuts and colors. She’s such a great listener when we discuss changes or new styles.
