I did not have such a great experience at this place, will not recommend to others. I financed an SUV here and about two days later I noticed that one of the windows got stuck and would not go down, I told the guy that sold it to me he said he would fix it and never did . after that ,two weeks later the radiator broke down and I had to replace it, which cost me about $300 . will never buy anything from this place again !!!

I had an absolutely incredible experience purchasing my first used car from Alfonso at Salinas A&V Auto Sales on South Tryon in Charlotte this past week. Let me start out by saying that this is my first google review for a business - my experience was so exceptional that I feel it must be shared. I had been researching the vehicle make/model that I desired to purchased for months. I had tracked prices, test driven, and attempted financing. I discovered Salinas A&V from a Craigslist listing that was priced to sell and immediately went in to check it out. I was initially impressed by the overall quality of cars on the lot and I was kindly greeted by a sales associate who immediately got me out for the test ride in the well detailed vehicle. Upon returning from the test drive I talked to Alfonso Salinas who took the time to thoroughly educate me on the car buying process (as it was my first time). Without pressuring, annoying, or judging me for my [poor] credit situation he immediately lead me towards solutions. After some brief paperwork for credit approval I left the lot as he promised he would hold the vehicle and call me at once if/when my financing was approved. The next morning he called me back and shared the great news that I was approved. I was a little short on the down payment required and he kindly offered to hold the vehicle for the rest of the week as I told him I could have it soon. Later that week I went in with everything I needed. Alfonso patiently guided me through the paperwork and congratulated me on my purchase. Overall, Salinas A&V is a first rate used car lot. It is uncommon to find a lot car lot manager with such integrity and care for the customer's well being. I've now driven my recent purchase 100+ miles and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I owe this company my patronage as this transaction has potentially changed my life. I had shopped at a few different lots over the weeks prior to my purchase and all of those experiences put together wouldn't add up to what I received from Salinas A&V.
