Horrible customer service. Phones don’t work when calling. Did not tell customers they are closed but still accepted bookings.

My first visit was simply to cut and donate my hair. However, Kelly is incredible and also kind! I now go and get my hair cut with Kelly every time. It is the best deal for men's cuts in Charlotte!
